This home is a large group's dream - This home has a luxurious open floor plan perfect for entertaining and relaxing with a large group of friends and family. Custom built to cater to large groups, the 6,500 square foot home (two buildings) has 8 bedrooms with 5 king and 9 queen beds (comfortable sleeping for 28), 7 full and 1 half bathroom. This home features a pool, 10 person hot tub, gourmet kitchen with Wolf Sub-Zero appliances, outdoor living & dining room (Blaze gas grill), seating for your large group, 4 Samsung/Sony 60” tv’s, pool table, and so much more! The home also features high-end furnishings and luxury linens including Peacock Alley, Christy’s and Kassatex. Comfort and lavishness was the top priority during each meticulously curated selection for this home.

An Excellent Property!

The best retreat place our group had been to so far! It's a brand new property, with an awesome swimming pool and Jacuzzi, high-tech controlled. The bunk-beds are so cozy and well built, the kids had wonderful time. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing this wonderful property.

We had such a great experience at this property two years ago, we decided to return this year for a repeat and had another wonderful time. This house was great for everything we had planned. We were able to conduct our meetings at one table with 10 people and then transition to having a relaxing evening by the pool. The house was very clean and the property Managemnt was very accommodating for us. We would highly recommend for business or family!

The host was very communicative through the app, and the interior was clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.However, the pool was not clean until the last day of our stay. We understand that it’s an outdoor area and that leaves can fall in. A few floating leaves would have been understandable and easy to skim, but there was a large amount of leaves and dirt settled at the bottom as well.Additionally, the hot tub was not heating properly, even though we followed the provided instructions. After the host sent a different set of instructions, we were able to get it working, but we were only able to enjoy it for one night.It’s disappointing that the pool and hot tub were not in good condition, as they were a big part of our stay.

Perfect for large groups.

This was a fantastic property for a reunion of college friends for a long weekend. The property is beautiful, and is located on a fantastic plot of land in the Hill Country. It is also close to several local breweries and distilleries which makes for easy planning for group outings. We were a group of 17 and found that the property nearly exactly as listed: the pool and hot-tub are fantastic, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the amenities top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this property to those looking for a luxurious experience for a large group.

Our group stayed for a girls weekend and it was great! The house was large enough that we had our own spaces. Best part is the pool which we enjoyed very much! We had one issue with the drain. In a bathroom and it was quickly resolved! I would stay here again

Beautiful property, perfect for families!

This property was the ideal location for our families to gather multiple generations for a wonderful trip. The beautiful home was a great layout for all our our needs, we felt the house was very clean upon arrival, and there was every imaginable amenity available. Groceries were even delivered directly to our door, so we did not have to leave the property at all during our stay! Given the current situation, we were not able to take advantage of the nearby attractions this time, but we hope to visit again soon.

Lovely Property and Wonderful Location for our Family Gathering

Our family group of 23 had a wonderful time at this property. We spent most of our time in the outdoor area, enjoying the pool and surrounding yard and outdoor porch. But we also visited a couple of nearby breweries and distilleries. Dripping Springs offers the right mix of enjoying nature within close distance to grocery stores and any other services a group might desire. This home accommodates a large group so well! Comfortable sleeping, very nicely furnished and two well equipped large kitchens. We had a fun time guessing the identity of the people in the drawings in the bunk house kitchen. Compliments to the management company who responded quickly and resolved an issue that developed with the pool pump. Due to their quick response we did not lose any time enjoying the pool. This is a well managed and very nice property. Your group will enjoy staying here.

Beautiful Home for Large Groups

Beautiful home with luxury amenities. Comprised of two buildings. Be aware that three bedrooms in the main house must share one (and a half) bathrooms. Bunkhouse is a misnomer, bc it is so upscale. Bunkroom has built-in queen bunk beds with privacy curtains. Connects to its own upscale community bathroom and laundry facilities. Overall sparse on furniture, especially nightstands and chairs in bedrooms. Generous supply of toiletries, linens and towels. Kitchen equipment varies. Management company very supportive and easy to communicate with, but they did not possess an accurate knowledge of the property details. Overall, an excellent stay for our large family gathering.
