Guests enjoy full access to the pool, spa, fitness facilities, mini-golf, tennis and badminton in this 24/7 guarded community. You will love the huge balcony, perfect for that summer bbq and the full kitchen which opens into the dining area. The family room opens to a balcony and peek-a-boo view of the ocean. This building is in perfect proximity of the pool, spa, ocean and sand volleyball courts. The large bedroom with another set of French doors opens to the balcony, and the bathroom has both a tub, separate shower and dual sinks. Great place to stay on your visit to Catalina Island

Great location with golf cart to explore the island. Good view of the ocean. Not many steps to get to the condo. I would stay there again in the future!

Best way to experience Avalon!

Amazing place to stay! The views were beautiful. White buildings with clay roof tiles. These houses are built on the hillside and it looks like you’re out in Greece! The property has a private beach, mini golf course, tennis courts, gym, pool and spa for all the residents/ renters all with a ocean view. Avalon gets a little crazy with all the tourists and Hamilton Cove were with VRBO is at js away from the tourists. It’s nice and mellow over here. The best part was the golf cart. Having access to one 24/7 was HUGE! Our favorite part of the trip was driving all around the island. Definitely would recommend this VRBO to any one. I wish I was still there!
