"I reserved a room with two beds, for two nights. When we checked in, there was a room, but it only had one bed. We had to deal with the one bed for one night, but they did change it for the second night. It was not the end of the world, but it was not what I had reserved. Our room did not look like the room photos that are currently online. The sink in our bathroom had some mold around the caulking. The room itself was much smaller than online photos. There was a light hanging from the ceiling in the center of the room with a lampshade around it. The light and lampshade were quite dusty and the air from the air conditioner hit it, so when it swayed, the dust would disperse through the room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would probably recommend staying somewhere else if you happen to be in Avignon."

"First time in Avignon and this hotel was superb. The staff welcomed us after a horrible train ride from Paris and explained everything we needed to settle in. The room is spacious and clean and the street view is lively. Location is central to everything - hence the name. Always felt safe and the hotel restaurant has great service as well. Would stay here every visit to Avignon."

"Apartment was a little dated and tired, but generously sized, clean and well equipped. Staff very helpful and courteous. Parking space was limited and not always possible to park close to the door. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was convenient and quiet and much appreciated as weather was exceptionally hot. Hotel was ideally placed to use as a base when touring the area."
