"The staff on reception/bar & food ordering could not have been more helpful. They logged my car in and took the payment to save me doing it. And especially appreciated after a long drive: I was able to choose a couple of things from the menu and a much earned drink and take to my room. And my room was extremely nice - bed and bedding very comfortable, the right size, bathroom (and shower!) very good and I was able to work at the mini desk the following morning. A huge tick from me."

"I think the most useful thing at the Imperial Hotel is safe parking albeit at a cost, but all other Hotels in Exmouth seem to lack this facility making their use less appealing."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean both in the room and communal areas. It was in a beautiful quiet location. The staff were helpful and accomodating, despite dealing with some technical issues. They made sure the technical issues didn't affect our stay at all. The food was really nice in the main restaurant and it was lovely and quiet. Not somewhere with a busy party atmosphere but that suited us. I would definitely stay here again. "
