You will love the property amenities, great location and fun vibe that surrounds Saratoga Springs and beautiful Saratoga Lake!
Host had amazing communication throughout rental process and was exceptionally accommodating. The property itself was even better than the pictures and was very inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Saratoga.
When first arriving, itâs a little overwhelming, but once you climb the mountain of stairs , open the doors to a beautiful view of the lake! Although our weekend was pouring down rain, it was the perfect place to sit with some wine, family, and friends ! Plenty of space for everyone!
The stay was wonderful for a family birthday gathering. Spacious kitchen, bedrooms and gathering. 3rd floor view was beautiful and the balcony was great to have a sunrise coffee. The ducks, geese, and yes, eagles made the location extra special. Location was perfect as it was less than 30 min from Siena College. Nick was a great host and responded very quickly to our questions. Parking was very easy and close. Just a great experience.
Our stay @ this location was a very positive experience. The host was always available to communicate with as well. There was plenty of space for @least half a dozen people to dorm comfortably. The kitchen had all the amenities and utilities you'd need for your stay. With a giant size TV to watch while eating @ the kitchen table. My favorite part of the house was the view outside of Saratoga Lake from the South end of the lake. Overall it was a beautiful experience to see the Fall foliage of upstate NY. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
My friends & I absolutely loved our stay. Property was quiet, clean, & comfortable. The view of the lake from the deck is priceless. Nick & Lynn are wonderfully responsive hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Overall very nice stay. We were on the top floor of a 3 story 3 unit building. Views of Saratoga lake were the best. Top floor balcony was a bit small for 6 adults. Second floor balcony is the better choice if you have 4+ person group and like to sit out. Bring bug spray. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was clean and the interior was roomy. We stayed during a hot spell and while the induvial bedroom floor units cooled the space they were very noisy and had to be shut during the night. Bathtub also has some fiberglass creaking which should be checked out as well as laundry room trap which leaves an odor. Kitchen was well stocked with most all you might need. BBQ was a nice touch if you like to grille. The one disappointment was the lake water was full of sea and swamp weed and unless (as we did) you rent a pontoon and go out to the middle of the lake its almost impossible to go in the water. Obviously this has nothing to do with the host Nick. Close proximity to Doc Browns 5 minute car ride, and about 20 minute car ride to downtown Saratoga and track. Parking is down 6th street (half a block away) but was never an issue. Surroundings are quiet but if all 3 units are occupied by unrelated groups it can get a bit weird. Nick was responsive as a host which was very much appreciated.
Overall nice stay but maybe not for our group.
Owners very quick to respond to questions etc clean, beautiful view. Thought it came with a hot tub but was a jet tub in the bathroom. Overall very nice accommodations and great people to work with!
Property was as described, on the lake, great views, we rented 3rd floor. House is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped, linens and towels provided. Owner quickly responded to any questions, owners provided a lot of information on the area, things to do, restaurants etc.
Our group was a bunch of guys going to the track, short ride (8 miles) from the house.
We rented the first and third floor for our family of 8. Plenty of room! And both units were up to date, clean, and complete. The views were spectacular, especially from the third floor. The owners were so accommodating, helping us make the weekend so special for the family. We would def recommend! Only negative was the bugs at night-but you have to expect that when renting anything on water.
We had a great weekend at this charming lakeside beauty! We had live music, drinks and dinner at Carsonâs Friday night. Had a great time exploring the comprehensive trail system in Malta on Saturday. Great spot on the lake
My family had a wonderful weekend at this lakefront property. The rental unit was as nice as advertised and you canât beat the beautiful view. We look forward to another stay in the future.
We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable for 6 adults, with gorgeous views overlooking the lake.
Plenty of space for all of us. It is on the third floor, which I didn't catch when I booked it but that ended up being fine.
We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee and breakfast while looking at scenic Saratoga Lake!!
Location was a short drive to downtown Saratoga and SPAC and walking distance to a few places to enjoy a drink and bite to eat.
I would recommend this for a quick get away!
Nick was the absolute best host! Such a nice guy who was so very accommodating. The house is lovely, very comfortable, and wow....what a view!
Would definitely love to book again!
We had such a memorable stay at this beautiful condominium where literally you are a few steps to the water and a long dock for walking out and enjoying the sunrise/sunset or doing some fishing. The condominium was so clean, charming and comfortable with plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee, breakfast, happy hour and dinner while looking at scenic Saratoga Lake!!
In addition, location is key and we were able to visit many of our favorite areas as it is close to downtown Saratoga, Lake George and some amazing restaurants within a mile or two.
Nick and Lynn were more than accommodating with an early check-in and last minute texts for ideas on restaurants as we decided to get takeout Saturday night and just enjoy catching the Preakness in the comfort of our condo and relaxing after a fun day out. Prior to even arriving, we were sent a list of restaurants close by and so many different ideas of things to do locally which was extremely helpful.
If you are looking for everything just described this is definitely a five-star worth looking into.
We have stayed at the same location several times which accommodates our large family. When it was just my husband and I we stayed at their smaller location downstairs which was also perfect. We will continue renting from the owners as they are very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. Deb & Jim
