The house, with its large panoramic windows, consists of 2 independent apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It is perfect for families with children who can enjoy themselves in the open air, or for groups of friends who want to share a vacation without giving up their privacy.
Podere Le Casette is a charming house located in the characteristic village of Romita, an authentic rural hamlet composed of old farmhouses, surrounded by the beautiful Chianti vineyards. The property offers a private garden and a salt-water swimming pool, both with stunning views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. The house is situated just 30km from Florence and 50km from Siena, making it easily accessible by public or private transportation. While a car is recommended for exploring the area, ample private parking with an electric charging station is provided. The owners of Podere Le Casette also produce their own high-quality olive oil and wine from the on-site plants. This peaceful and serene location serves as a perfect base for exploring the famous art cities of Tuscany, such as Florence and Siena, as well as the charming villages and farms in the region. After a day of exploration, guests can relax by the pool and enjoy a glass of wine or have a pleasant dinner in the furnished garden, away from the chaos of the city.

A steep staircase leads to the apartment's loft, from which there are priceless views of the surrounding rolling hills. A small retreat with writing desk where you can work undisturbed.
