The spacious flat is completely redecorated to welcome our guests and make them feel at home away from home.

We have one spacious bedroom with one fully equipped bathroom with bath , as well as the kitchen where you will find everything you need to make your stay an experience.

A large balcony that can be accessed from the living room and the main double bedroom.
The flat has Wifi for our guests and air conditioning / central heating. We also have a washing machine for use during your stay.

Public transport is just down the street and the metro is just a few minutes from the flat. The neighbourhood enjoys supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services. The metro stop connects directly to the train station and the airport.

A popular, multicultural and working-class neighbourhood, Poble-nou maintains a popular character and a varied culture.,

We recommend getting around on foot or by public transport. You can also get to the city centre by bicycle or electric motorbike.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
