End of refurbishment: February 2018. There is no better way to truly enjoy a city than by finding yourself in its heart. This huge and exclusive flat, which even boasts a unique interior terrace, is located just steps away from Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia and La Rambla.
Situated in the heart of Barcelona's nerve centre along with most of the city's attractions, this spectacular 275m2 flat offers a carefully designed layout and plenty of space. Its interior terrace, unique in the city and with frontal views of the historic Coliseum Theatre on Gran Via, brings the best of the outdoors inside, even with a realistic blue sky framing the entire space. The room is finished off with exquisite furnishings, including an original swing, artificial grass and a fountain of the kind once used in the streets of the city.
Guests, apart from its vast space, will enjoy a large amount of light that enters the flat from both ends, with the Gran VĂ­a on one side and a typical Barcelona courtyard on the other. In addition, the common areas such as the living-dining room, open-plan and with high ceilings, provide an ideal space to share unforgettable moments with the family while enjoying a special meal or simply a lively conversation.

We were a group of 12 staying for 3 nights. The apartment was superb, very spacious & well located. Towels/ toiletries were of good quality and communication with the company was very swift and efficient. Yes, you do have to collect the keys from another office 10 mins away and yes, they may try to charge for early check in but they do store your luggage for you and it’s no problem to explore the city for a while if you are early.Would stay again

Great layout for multifamily stay.

Super layout for privacy and coming together in the living area for gatherings. Perfect place for the jet lagged to recover and easy walking to Las Ramblas, shopping streets, Flamenco show and Sagrada Familia.. The swing room with its own cloudy sky was a hit too. We didn't ask which A/C monitors where for which rooms and never quite figered it out. If that's important, you may want to ask. Shaun and Sara were quick to replyl to any of our requests. Thanks for the great time. We recommend ~

Not recommended

Sheets and bedding were not clean for at least one of the queen beds as there was a lot of hair. lipstick stains, and smells. Others may not have been clean but my family was too tired to probably notice. They told us we needed to go out and get laundry detergent for the washer/dryer that takes 5 hours to do one load. Obviously, we had to do the bedding ourselves which took a long time. The check-in process could be seen as extremely difficult as they give zero directions on how to get to their office. Just that it's on the 19th floor in a completely different location. It was a dingy frat-bro atmosphere at the office. Cleaners came into our place unannounced two days into our stay. However, we were still required to take all of our trash about 200m down the street at the end of our stay. I think this shows that the place is not cleaned in between residents and overall not worth the price. I would not trust any place that is operated by EnjoyBCN.

Great apartment....great location

Apartment is centrally located a few short blocks from the north end of Las Ramblas. Honestly, a perfect location. We were 10 adults and the accommodations were as described in the online description. Two bathrooms are quite small but were adequate for the two nights we stayed in Barcelona. We did arrive into Barcelona in the morning and check in was not until 3pm. They did offer an early check in but honestly the price was, in my opinion, exorbitant. EnjoyBCN did allow us to store luggage at their offices which were about 1 mile from the apartment. A bit inconvenient but it worked out just fine.

Great location, excellent accommodations

The apartment is large enough for 2 families of 4, as there are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen has ample supplies, but don't expect any cooking ingredients such as spices and oils as you find in owner-occupied vacation rentals. Luckily there is a store just outside the front door to the building for anything last minute you might need. The property management staff are friendly and promptly respond to inquiries. If we return with 2 couples or another family we would definitely rent The Coliseum again due to its clean and large layout and central location to all points in the city --most are walkable. Loved the swing so much considering the option in our own home!

Spacious & modern and well located!

Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 teens) had plenty of room and comfortable, well air-conditioned gathering spaces for talking about our wonderful trip! The Enjoy BCN team graciously answered many questions I had in the year leading up to our stay! They were as kind as a team could be. We all had our own sleeping quarters and bathrooms.

Location, location, location... and a GREAT apartment!!!

Exactly as advertised. Spacious, airy, clean. Oh, did I mention the location. Right in the middle of THE area in Barcelona you would want to be. Playa Catalunya, La Ramblas, Passeig De Gracia. Easy access to the Metro for quick movement across the city. Loads of excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Our family of 9 had a wonderful stay at Coliseum.

This property is perfect for seeing the city. We had one night here to celebrate my wife's 40th and it suited our needs. Parking was underneath and a reasonable price for overnight. It's a unique apartment, with plenty of space to relax as a family. Perfect for a special occasion.
