Apartment completely renovated this year 2013 with a unique view of the facade of the Sagrada Familia, in quiet environment ideal for families.
This consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room very cozy and with spectacular views of the Sagrada Familia with a double sofa bed very comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. A bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.
In the apartment there is also a computer with internet where you can find out about everything you want to visit in Barcelona.

Nous avons séjourné fin 2016 dans cet appartement trÚs bien aménagé, accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire, nous avons appréciés la souplesse sur les heures d'arrivées et de départ. Il est situé à proximité du métro, d'un centre commercial et surtout d'un marché local. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.

Excellent location! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the queen bed was not very comfortable, they could of left us more toilet paper and maybe some paper towels and it would have been nice to have a bottle water. Nothing major. I would really give them a 4.5 stars. Would i stay here again? Yes. The location was great. I can't stress that enough. Do not shop at the sunglass store next door. They are so rude and obvious they don't like foreigners.

The location is excellent, just one block from the Sagrada FamĂ­lia, which was very convenient.However, the apartment was minimally furnished and lacked basic supplies. For four people staying three nights, only a very small roll of toilet paper was provided, with no toiletries or kitchen napkins available. We had to go out to buy essentials like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper shortly after arrival. The bed sheets were also very thin and of average quality.Overall, the location is a strong plus, but the lack of basic amenities and comfort made the stay only average.

Dejlig lejlighed, pÊn og ren. Meget skÞn udsigt til Sagrada familia, som vi nÞd meget. Lejligheden indeholdt alt det nÞdvendige til vores ophold. Eneste lille minus var , at den ligger pÄ et hjÞrne i et trafikkryds - hvor der var meget trafik, med deraf en del stÞj. SÄ det skulle vi lige vÊnne os til. Men alt i alt en fin bolig - som varmt kan anbefales herfra

Apartment was great, service was questionable.

After flying an overnight flight, we were desperately waiting for 4pm to check into the property to take showers and rest. After messaging back and forth all morning asking if we could check in early, it wasn't until 4pm that I was advised that we could not check in until 5:30pm due to an emergency. When I expressed our disappointment, I received a stern response that I need to understand that their cleaning lady was sick. However, they could not understand that we were exhausted and had to wait for an hour and a half at an ice-cream shop below for them to finish cleaning the apartment. In addition, the neighbors were horrible. We got a knock on our door by a nasty neighbor with an attitude because we had the air conditioning on. It's the summer and it's hot. No where on the listing was there a limit to how long we could run the AC. This was not the landlord's fault, but something we had to endure during our stay there. The apartment was comfortable for our family and clean. The location and views to the Sagrada Familia were great. Unfortunately we didn't have the greatest experiece.

No instructions

It would have helped tremendously if there were instructions on how to operate coffee maker and washing machine. No information for trash disposal nor recycling. We had to hunt for wifi information. The WiFi was not working then we realized it was disconnected. I sent message to management and they never responded. There was no check out instructions, so we just sent a message letting them know we were departing at 7:30. No response.

First time in Barcelona

We were unsure what would be the best area of Barcelona to be based in, but we’re very happy to have chosen Mar’s apartment just 300 m from Sagrada Familia. Every day of our 4 day stay ended on the promenade outside the basilica, enjoying the soloist violin playing with other tourists and locals congregated there. It was quite magical. The apartment is well appointed for 4 ppl, plenty of cookery to prepare a meal or enjoy a visit after a busy day touring the endless sites of the city. The beds were comfortable, good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There was definitely street noise late into the evening and early hours,but once we purchased silicon earplugs, our sleep was uninterrupted. Lots of restaurants, wine shops, grocery stores steps away. Highly recommended

A great place to stay in Barcelona

My friend and I spent 5 nights in this comfortable apartment very near Sagrada Familia. The beds are great, with plenty of towels and bed linens. The bathroom is a bit small but quite functional. The kitchen is also functional, although I would recommend that a new coffee pot be added - the old one is quite old and I would not drink anything made in it. We loved looking out the window at Sagrada Familia from the table in the living room area, and the proximity to public transportation makes it perfect. I would also recommend that the owners leave a list of recommended restaurants and their locations, as well as some maps and materials pertaining to sites to visit.

Not recommended

We have rented many VRBO’s around the world. Unfortunately this was the worst. The apartment was not as advertised. Apartment has been hard used not newly renovated. The black mold with smell on the bathroom ceiling and inside the shower were unacceptable. As well, the smell of sewer coming out of the sink made the bathroom relatively unusable so we used the coffee shop across the street. We contacted the owner with explanation of concerns but no response. She was however excellent at booking process and entry. We left disappointed.

Near Sagrada Familia

Thank you Mar for a very nice stay. Mar was very patient as our international flight was delayed. Kept on good communicate with me as we needed to rearrange travel. Laura was waiting patiently for us when we arrived. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location to many of the sights we wanted to see. Easy check out as well. View of Sagrada Familia was extra special.
