L’appartement est magnifiquement amĂ©nagĂ©, trĂšs propre, prestation quasi hĂŽteliĂšre. Le toit terrasse avec sa piscine est super agrĂ©able mĂȘme si on n’a pas osĂ© braver les tempĂ©ratures hivernales ! L’immeuble est trĂšs bien situĂ© au calme, tout Barcelone est Ă  portĂ©e en quelques enjambĂ©es. Rien de plus simple pour se ravitailler, la boulangerie, le primeur et Al Campo sont au coin de la rue, enfin la proximitĂ© d’un parking municipal surveillĂ© avec des forfaits de 3, 5 et 7 jours est plus qu’apprĂ©ciable ! Tout Ă©tait rĂ©uni pour que notre famille passe de magnifiques fĂȘtes de fin d’annĂ©e, Bravo EnjoyBcn, vous portez bien votre nom !

L'appartement est conforme Ă  l'annonce et aux photos. Le mobilier est moderne et de grande qualitĂ©. Les douches et les toilettes sont magnifiques. MĂȘme si la mĂ©tĂ©o ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de la piscine, cet appartement a Ă©tĂ© largement Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci

Clean apartment

We are a family of 5. Three youth (12-15) the apartment was clean and slept us all nicely. We could not check in even 1 minute before 3pm so we waited in the alley for 30 minutes and my kids watched someone relieve themselves behind the gate. The part I didn’t understand is there was an enjoybcn staff member sitting at a desk inside so I’m not sure why we couldn’t wait in the main downstairs until 3pm. I was communicating with someone on the app who again stressed the 3pm check in time. Aside from that you can hear people in the apartment across. We were across from some young women who we had to ask to be quieter at 1am. I would not stay in that particular area with children as it isn’t the safest or cleanest area. For younger adults on vacation it is probably better suited.

Barcelona stay gothic quarter

Beautiful property that accommodated our family of six.The property manager made everything very convenient for us and even held our luggage until it was time for us to check in. He also helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend this condo.

We stayed here during vacation/ business trip. The place was very nice. The location wasn’t the best for us. We spent a lot on taxis. Getting into the actual condo was so hard. The doors were not user friendly. We had to ask neighbor for help. Also community washer/dryer but dryer didn’t work.

Perfect spot for a stay in Barcelona!

We had a lovely stay with friends at this condo in the Gothic Quarter. The location is great, the condo is clean, and the hosts were easy to contact. Definitely recommend! Also, Petit Tapas down the street is amazing if you get a chance!

Apartment as advertised. Everything you need, staff extremely helpful and always answered messages immediately. Easily accessible for everything you wanted to do. Liked the security aspect of the property. Small supermarkets nearby as well as bakery and fruit shop. Also lovely baklava shop.

Great stay

The apartment was great, clean, nicely decorated. We are a family of 4, each teen had their own room which we loved. The rooftop pool was fabulous. It was so hot in Barcelona - we could not tour all day, the roof was a perfect break. Lots of great restaurants and sites within walking distance and if not the taxis were easy to hail and well priced. Negatives were a strange bathroom setup in the primary bedroom. Also at check in the elevator was not working so when we went to the second floor to try to enter our room we were at the wrong room a- 2nd floor is really the 3rd floor (4th floor for an American) The keys are difficult to figure out but a neighbor saw us struggling and gave us a lesson. Also it’s on an alley so i can be a little smelly but only for a minute till you get on the street. Loved it though and would stay there again.

Great location and pristine apartment

This apartment was conveniently located in the Gothic Quarter and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Barceloneta. The apartment was immaculate and the hosts were extremely accessible via WhatsApp. They kindly helped us schedule a taxi pickup for the airport which was right on time. The only downsides were that the single elevator was very small and quite slow, which made it harder for our family to check in and out with all of our luggage. Because the apartment is managed by a company and isn’t a typical home rental, it was pretty bare bones (eg, no cooking supplies, extra garbage bags, etc.) and felt somewhat sterile - but some people might prefer an apartment that does not feel “lived in.”

Great spot in Barcelona!

We spent five nights with our family - grandparents and family of five with kids ages 7-9. Location was great off La Rambla. Unit was just as pictures looked - clean and updated. Having the small pool on the roof deck was awesome plus to allow chill time in the hot afternoons. Staff was responsive to any questions. Only request would be to have pool towels or extra towels provided in the unit as only enough bath/hand towels for number of guests. Highly recommend the unit and would come back again!

Really Good Experience

This property was very nice! Pictures are as described. Kitchen was fully stocked with exception of spices. Supermarket, ATM, pharmacy and coffee/breakfast place just steps away from the apartment. It is a 15m walk to Barcelona beach and less than 10m to Los Rambles. This property also has a great rooftop pool. This property entrance is located in an alley between two streets. There is a sign for EnjoyBCN at the entrance. Door code to get in was provided and easy to get in. Key box is in the lobby and again code was provided and easy to get the key. Elevator is small. First time we had to take a few trips to get all the luggage. First few times we opened the door to the apartment we struggled. Instructions are posted. It's just a matter of holding the magnetic key and turning the lock knob counter clockwise until it "clicks" and unlocks. Just takes a few times to practice. Questions were addressed quickly by management company via WhatsApp. We had a lovely vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
