The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to our modern and bright 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located next to Arc de Triomf and Ciutadella's park.



The Space:

Welcome to this 125 m2 spacious and bright flat located next to Arc de Triomf and Ciutadella's park one of the main green areas of the city. In the middle of Example district, the apartment is located is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.



⚠ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is well connected to Paseig de Sant Joan, a wide avenue that connects the neighbourhood of Gràcia with the Arc del Triomf right by the Born district. It doesn't just link two of the city's coolest neighbourhoods, it has recently become the go-to place for Barcelona locals. The stretch between Carrer Valùncia and Carrer Casp and the surrounding area has been newly laid out making it ideal for cyclists and pedestrians. It has become a hotspot with interesting bars and restaurants, delightful shops and places that will simply amaze you. In a nutshell
 you can't afford to miss it.



Getting Around:

The closest metro station is Plaza Tetuan and Arc de Triomf (Lines 1 and 2)

The quickest way to go to the apartment would be taking the aerobus towards "Plaza de Catalunya". Those run every 10min and it costs around 5€.



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***



- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.



- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation

and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

TrÚs bien placé pour visiter Barcelone mais équipement à améliorer

TrĂšs bien placĂ© prĂšs des transports et pas loin des points d'intĂ©rĂȘt. Par contre, Ă©quipement Ă  amĂ©liorer : la clim qui fait du bruit et qu'on est obligĂ© de couper la nuit, le rideau de la terrasse trĂšs abimĂ©, la cafetiĂšre format miniature (pas du tout adaptĂ©e pour 6), le LV en panne, gaziniĂšre mais pas d'allumettes pour allumer, pas assez de vaisselle mais pas gĂȘnant pour 2... Nous avons nĂ©anmoins bien apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour, parfait pour visiter Barcelone quelques jours. Personnel trĂšs sympathique au tĂ©lĂ©phone.

Apartment was as advertised. Bright and clean and simple. Well situated across from the metro and easy walking (less than 20 min) to many attractions. Also, many restaurants and groceries within a few blocks. The kitchen was small but ok for simple meals. Lots of bedrooms to accommodate our family. A great home base for Barcelona adventures.

Good location. The locking system isn’t very user friendly and you must have good internet connection. The apartment needs some TLC - complaint made about bed in June and was still bad in September, second bathroom has no place to hang towels, shower and sink leaked, shade curtain on terrace was worn and ripped. A full length mirror would be nice. Host responded quickly when water heater wasn’t working.

Great location and spacious

The apartment was great and in very convenient location. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. Some small upgrades would go a long way. The pillows and mattresses need to be changed as they were not very comfortable. The air condition also can not keep the entire apartment cool.

A lovely stay in a charming apartment

The title says it all. The apartment was perfect for our group of six adults. We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was simple and all details and instructions were provided ahead of time. The apartment was clean and bright, filled with convenient amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus a clothes washer. The apartment is located in a walkable area with access to the train nearby. Definitely recommend!

Excellent place to stay!

It was our first time in Barcelona but it seems like this was the ideal place to stay. The building was safe and the apartment was large and clean. There were a ton of windows including the large floor to ceiling balcony windows. We had 7 people sleep comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was plenty big with a large fridge. The best part was the metro station right across the street. We bought a metro pass and were able to easily travel to all the great tourist attractions. It was so fun and if we return, we’d stay at the same location.

Lovely property in a great location

The property was exactly as described. Very bright and spacious. The location was perfect for us. The metro station is across the street and a central bus terminal is just a block away for easy transportation to some locations outside Barcelona. A well stocked grocery story is an easy walk. We did have a small issues with check-in. The building as an A side and a B side and the check-in instructions were not clear on which door bell panel to use. That said the host was immediately helpful when we called. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, great location

The listing was as described -- very bright and sunny, clean, and was in a great location. Close to metro, and walking distance to many great spots. I found the property manager to be very responsive. The hairdryer broke while using it the first day, and they had another one delivered same day. We also had some challenges using the keyless entry/locks, but again the property management was very responsive and helped us through it. If I had any suggestions, it would be to maybe include some coffee pods and accoutrements so we could make coffee in the morning! That would have been a nice touch, but overall, we had everything we needed and completely enjoyed our stay.
