The room was nice the staff was great upon arrival. We enjoyed dinner at the bar. We had a do not disturb sign on our door but the room was cleaned anyway. We only stayed 2 nights & didn’t plan for that.

We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future.

Friendliness

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Mariona was very understanding when we had a problem with our first room so she moved us to a better room asap because the situation couldn’t get fixed. Also with her and fellow staff they answered every question we had and gave us tip on how to get around Barcelona.
