AC didn’t work when we enter the room, after the repair, the contrôler of fan could not be used and we had to close the AC during the night. Also the sewer of shower was blocked. What a dissatisfied.

After parking the car in front of the hotel and having the hotel staff approving it, next day my car was towed away by the request of the hotel staff. Very unorganized and in professional. Pay a fine of $250.00 to get the car back.

Make sure you get the room you booked, we didn't!, Had booked a room with two twin beds and a large balcony window and ended up with a small queen size bed at the back of the property facing an inner court yard! Very disappointed!

Great value for what you get! It was always clean, there’s always lemon water and candies at the front desk. It’s nice to have people upfront that understand what you’re saying in English and can help you with what you need. I wasn’t feeling well and they offered me extra water cans for the room. Very accommodating, and the breakfast was completely worth it. Part of our stay included the buffet and part of it did not but for €14 it was a great deal. The location is within steps up, many dining places, the train the bus and shopping.

The hotel was nothint fancy but it was clean quiet room with everything I needed. 20 minutes to the Sagrada or the Arc de Triomf and shopping so it was pretty close to everything. Area around the hotel was quiet- i had a street facing room and I didn"t hear anything. All the staff were helpful and friendly tboughtout my stay.

This property was in a good location. If willing to have a day on your feet almost everything is walkable. Sagrada, Arc, Gothic, beach. Hotel shows better in the pictures than in person. Wifi didn't work in our room. Good Hotel, not great.

Excellent location fo visiting the city. Very helpful friendly staff. Check in was very quick. Great shower and comfie bed. Pool was lovely but closes 30th Sept which was a shame. Always chilled water in reception. Proper hair dryer not one of those annoying hotel ones. Kettle not coffee machine in the room, great for tea drinkers. Only downside, our room was an inside one and was dark even with all the lights on. Would recommend anyone to stau.
