Just what everyone should expect.

Friendly staff, easy check in, nice rooms and good breakfast. Can’t ask for more really. The location to the station is excellent for travelling from Paris and only a short taxi ride away from the cruise port.

Needs improvement for a U.S. hotel chain

Service at breakfast very poor. Bad coffee. Pan Cake machine most of the time not running. No label on jam containers to identify the type of jam it was. No spoon in the jam container to get the jam out. Menu at the bar restaurant for meat and fish lovers only. No vegetarian option. Positive: close to public transportation- about a 3 min walk.

This hotel is only 2 or. 3 star. Our door key kept not working and had to be replaced daily. There is no fridge in the room…so we had to throw out a lot of food we normally carry when travelling. You cannot make a cup of tea …..you have to pay for it!!! Our room was not serviced till after 3 o”clock. The hotel does things on the cheap. It was not good value for the money we paid. On the positive side….was well located to public transport, and the breakfast was good.

Location is great. Common areas are fantastic. The biggest issue is with the room. The room quite long but very narrow and pretty dark. It feels claustrophobic. The room is also very bare bones. No fridge, no iron, no extras at all. It does have a small balcony which is nice. The gym is great and the breakfast menu is pretty nice. I probably won’t stay there again since the rooms really are not good.

I love the roof top pool and staff are great and helpful. It is steps away from Barcelona Santa station so it was very convenient going to the next destination.
