The Apartment is located in Poble Sec, one of the more exciting neighborhoods in Barcelona. We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean and had everything in the apartment that we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to the Metro, which we used often. Very easy to get around Barcelona from this location. Several great tapa places near by. Really appreciated the host company meeting us at the site and checkin us in. Comfortable sleep for 4 of us. Suggestion for improvement would be to service the air conditioning in the main bedroom as it rattles at times.

Clean apartment with great location

The apartment is very clean, big enough for us 4 adults to hang out. The beds were comfortable. The location is excellent. Short walk to the subway, many mini supermarkets near. Right next to Tapas Row and many restaurants. Communication with the agent was good. Working neighborhood gave good view of urban life but close walk to Ramblas. Nice apartment.

The apartment was very nice and had all the necessities including a few spices and dry goods for eating meals there. Given the temperature, having air conditioning was wonderful. Perfect for two couples or a family with two children, Great location in terms of many restaurants and small stores nearby. We happened to be staying there during a neighborhood festival which was fun, but meant lots of music until almost midnight. Walking distance to many of the sights.

Great location with plenty of tapas options

The communication with the host was incredible. There was a misunderstanding at the check in process but they were very accommodating for my friends and I. The apartment is in a great location with tons of tapas options in the immediate area. A few things of note, the area is loud throughout the night so if you want a quiet location. This isn't for you. The apartment is small but plenty if it's for 6 people or less. The host is amazing and extremely helpful. Parking is very limited as well.

The primary thing this apartment has going for it is location - close to many tourist attractions and public transit. However, it is very apparent that the apartment has been rented frequently and has had no repairs done. The repair needs list is quite lengthy (i.e. Curtain hardware falling out of walls making it impossible to open/close dining room window curtains, iron did not work - leaked water, back of the couch broken making it very uncomfortable to sit on, baseboards falling down and much more). When we were oriented to the apartment upon arrival, assurances of repairs of a couple of minor obvious problems were promised but not delivered upon (TV satellite, coffee brewer). Three email messages were sent with no response. This was a surprise as during the arranging of our stay and payment, we received prompt replies to our email messages! The linens and towels are well used with bleach(?) stains and frayed edges. The walls are in need of repair and fresh paint. We would not consider staying at this apartment in the future nor do we recommend it.

ArrivĂ©s en taxi face Ă  l’appartement ,,quelle fut notre surprise en voyant l Ă©tat de la rue ,,,dĂ©labrĂ©e ,,des nombreuses poubelles face a l’appartement ,des graffitis partout ,,le numĂ©ro de la porte mal indiquĂ© ,,,,une rue qui manque d’entretien ,,,,ce choc absorbĂ© , l accueil fut formidable ,,,cela met de l’espoir en chacun de nous ,L appartement Ă  Ă©tĂ© joliment retapĂ© ...quoique des petits ajustements doivent ĂȘtre fait ,,exemple le grille pain,,,essuie vaisselle tachĂ©...,L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© ,,,quoique le quartier est fort bruyant ,,surtout les fins de semaine ,Je recommanderais cet appartement Ă  des jeunes ,,car pour le repos la nuit on repassera Heureusement que la gentillesse du propriĂ©taire et de ses collaborateurs nous ont aidĂ© Ă  passer un merveilleux moment Rien que pour cette belle Ă©quipe nous avons fort apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour

C'est la troisiĂšme fois que nous venons dans cet appartement. L'accueil est toujours aussi agrĂ©able. Avant notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons contactĂ© plusieurs fois le propriĂ©taire qui nous a rapidement rĂ©pondu. L'amĂ©nagement de l'appartement est vraiment de qualitĂ©. Il convient trĂšs bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou pour 2 couples puisqu'il y a une salle d'eau et une salle de bain. Le quartier est trĂšs vivant avec pleins de petits commerces, un peu bruyant mais c'est le centre ville. On est proche des principaux points d'interĂȘts : les Ramblas, la Plaza Catalunya, le barrio Gottico, Montjuic, le port. Il est trĂšs facile de rejoindre ces lieux Ă  pied. Pour les visites plus Ă©loignĂ©es, le mĂ©tro est Ă  5mn ainsi que le bus qui vous emmĂšnera Ă  Barceloneta. Je conseille vraiment cet appartement. Nous y reviendrons.

SUPER SEJOUR

TrĂšs chouette appartement, bien Ă©quipĂ© et suffisamment spacieux pour 5. Le quartier est populaire et animĂ©. L'appartement jouxte une rue piĂ©tonne trĂšs trĂšs sympa avec de nombreuses terrasses oĂč on y trouve des tapas moins chers qu'en centre ville. Beaucoup de commerces. TrĂšs bien situĂ© aussi, on peut atteindre facilement le centre (quartier gothique, Rambla) Ă  pied. Le mĂ©tro est en bas de la rue. Seul point nĂ©gatif, le bruit dans la rue (circulation, poubelles, livraison...), personnellement, j'ai trĂšs bien dormi avec des boules "quiĂšs"

We enjoyed our stay here. Very functional apartment for 2 couples. We loved the location in a quieter area but close enough to walk to many other neighborhoods. Close to public transport, too. The welcome was great with the fruit bowl, water and a few other thoughtful provisions. I would definitely stay here again. If you want to rent a bike, Rabbit bikes down the street was great and affordable. Also lots of restaurants right around the corner.

Great welcome-with fruit, water and a few other provisions. Great bike rental a few blocks away, Rabbit Bikes. And lots of restaurants right around the corner. We'd definitely stay here again!

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, spacieux et moderne. Il est trÚs bien équipé et propre. Accueil agréable et chaleureux avec un panier de fruits frais, jus d''orange, lait , eau ainsi que des dosettes à café. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. En fait il s'agit de notre deuxiÚme séjour consécutif dans ce joli appartement . Je recommande vivement cet appartement a tout ceux qui veulent passer un agréable séjour. B. Mohamed Salim - Algérie

superbe appartement trÚs bien équipé et trÚs bien situé dans un quartier populaire trÚs sympa toutes les ballades peuvent se faire à pieds parce que tout est à voir cela fait traverser des quartiers divers et variés vacances géniales
