This property is the epitome of the perfect European hotel. The best part about it was the walkable location in a safe area close to sites and public transportation. The hotel was nice, clean, and great stay for young children. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Clean/comfortable/great service! Everything we needed (towels/water/coffee/tp/fixing our thermostat) was taken care of within 5 minutes! The rooftop pool/lounge area is small, but it was just before busy season so we didn’t have a problem with space. For weather reference, the pool opened on 10-May (our 2nd day). Never had breakfast so can’t speak to it, but ordered late night room service once and it was decent - worth it for something easy/quick.

Friendly staff both at reception, bar and breakfast. Spacious room and amazing shower. We had some issues with charging portable devices as only one USB point working (unable to charge two phones, two phone chargers, smart watches etc) Comfortable bed but very odd inflatable pillows which took some getting used to. The hotel was near to public transport and if you don’t mind walking accessible to major tourist attractions. Breakfast was adequate, with choices of hot and cold buffet options.

A Well-Located and Comfortable Place in Barcelona

It was a pleasant stay as usual. I stayed here last year so I booked the same hotel with my family. They are so thoughtful, they even gave us a plate of delicious fruits on our first night as a way of saying thank you for coming back. The staff are all welcoming, polite and accommodating. They are very attentive to our needs. It feels like a second home to be here. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area, and you are very close to the high end shops if that’s your fancy. High-end or not, the popular mid-ranged brands are all within short walking distance as well.

10 days into new management, name and ownership, the staff were wrestling with new systems and computers - but they could not have been more helpful or user friendly to us. Clean, bright and more than functional, a perfect, pivotal base for Eixemple and the Gothic district. An easy living choice.
