About this space

This wonderful apartment in the heart of Gracia features a fully
equipped open-plan kitchen and a spacious, bright living room with air
conditioning, complete with windows that allow natural light to flood
in, central heating. It has two double bedrooms with double beds; one
of the bedrooms includes a walk-in closet and an office. There is a
bathroom with a shower and heating throughout the apartment. The total
size is 88m2. Not elevator. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the
flat.

The space

Barcelona’s most charming and vibrant neighborhoods! A perfect place to
relax, feel at home, and experience the city like a local.

The apartment features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for
preparing meals at your own pace. The large living room is spacious,
bright, and welcoming, with air conditioning, central heating, and big
windows that fill the space with natural light throughout the day.

There are two double bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for
up to 4 guests. One of the bedrooms also includes a walk-in wardrobe
and a workspace, perfect for remote work or extra comfort. The
apartment also offers a modern bathroom with a shower.

With 72 m², the apartment provides plenty of space, comfort, and
functionality.

⚠️ Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Fiesta Major de Gràcia – Carrer de la Perla

Every August, Carrer de la Perla is decorated with spectacular displays
made by local residents, making it one of the main attractions of the
Gràcia Festival. Here you can see creative works made from recycled
materials and experience a lively, community-based festive atmosphere.

The area around Carrer de la Perla is part of Vila de Gràcia, a
neighborhood with a strong personality:

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
