Serras Barcelona is a WONDERFUL hotel. The lobby and rooms were beautifully appointed. Every night we came home to a small delicious treat from the kitchen. The room was quiet and very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect— even a steamer and flat iron for your hair. The best part was the TERRIFIC staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including making reservations at local restaurants and attractions. This will definitely be our home away from home in Barcelona. Thank you to Joao, Augustina and all Serras team!

A boutique hotel in a great location near the Port and Gothic Quarter. Well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast. Staff is terrific and practically fawn over you. Priced competitively, an excellent value. We have stayed in dozens of hotels, and this is in our top five.

Perfect!

Exceptional service, great location = highly recommended!! Top notch service from all the staff. Front desk, lobby, room staff, and upstairs bar all raised the bar for excellent service. Rooms were thoughtfully supplied with yoga mats, little extras, and the best showerhead ever! The location is along the waterfront and the Gothic Quarter and it is easy to be anywhere else given the nearby Metro stations. We found this location to be in the middle of things, but also a peaceful place to return when we wanted rest. (Amazing soundproofing with the windows!) Thank you Hotel Serras for making our last few days in Spain so memorable.

Serras Barcelona is a small gem. The location is a few blocks walk to the gothic area with loads of shops, restaurants and charm. If you cross the street from the hotel you can walk along the water and the small boat harbor surrounded by shops, restaurants and locals enjoying the day. The ports are just a few minutes away by cab. What makes Serras unique however is the staff. When we arrived early in the morning my husband was not feeling well and Augustina at the front desk did every thing she could to get us to a room as soon as possible. This is a small boutique hotel with all the advantages that implies. Check in was personal, welcoming and non stressful. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. The physical hotel is beautiful inside with lovely guest rooms and an inviting rooftop bar, lounge and if weather permits, restaurant. We have been to Barcelona several times and stayed in different hotels. We will look no further. Serras is where we will stay from now on when we visit Barcelona.

The Serras Barcelona Hotel is a very special property. You are treated like royalty from the moment you arrive. The team is incredible. The service level they offer is truly impressive. The hotel is perfectly situated. The valet service you experience upon arriving is unmatched. That service is followed by champagne and a very professional/informative check-in. The rooms are very nice. The restaurant is spectacular. The rooftop deck is an added bonus. The hotel is situated in close proximity to well essentially everything you would want to experience. This hotel is so special that we decided to stay an additional two days. Thank you Serras Barcelona!!

Wonderful staff, so friendly and polite at all times of the day. Our room was lovely, only thing to improve would be the pillows. Great touch to provide hair straighteners and a steamer. Good location. Sadly weather was awful so didn’t make use of the lovely rooftop bar, will have to return
