This is a Penthouse unit, a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located on the top level of the building and near the basketball hoop. The condo sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, 2 twin beds in the loft and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The banister from the loft area looking down to the living and dining areas has been child-proofed by adding plexa glass to railings. The owner has provided dedicated WiFi for guests convenience. The unit has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area. There are two private decks accessible fromt this unit. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms and all the linens. This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fees.
