The Space:

This two-bedroom property offers a homely layout with separate bedrooms, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. We have one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with four single beds. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and kitchenware, with a washing machine also provided. The living area has comfortable seating and a TV with streaming services, while the dining area provides space to enjoy meals together. A private patio gives you some outdoor space to enjoy during your stay.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire two-bedroom property throughout your stay. The property operates with self-check-in, so there is no reception or staff member to meet you on arrival. Clear access instructions will be provided before your stay once the required online check-in process has been completed.



Guests also have access to the private patio and free on-street parking. Please note that the property's bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs.



The Neighborhood:

The property is situated on Donegall Road in South Belfast, providing a convenient base between the city centre and popular areas such as the Lisburn Road and Queen's Quarter. Queen's University and Lisburn Road are both within walking distance, with cafés, restaurants, shops and local amenities nearby.



The Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens are also within easy reach, while Belfast city centre and attractions such as St George's Market, the Grand Opera House and Waterfront Hall can be reached by walking or public transport.



Getting Around:

The property is well positioned for getting around Belfast by car and public transport. Lisburn Road and Queen's University are approximately a 15-minute walk away, while Belfast city centre is a little further on foot. City Hospital railway station is also within easy reach, providing connections across Belfast and beyond.



Free on-street parking is available, making the property particularly convenient for guests travelling by car.



Other Things to Note:

Please read our Additional Rules carefully before booking. The minimum age for guests is 25, unless the booking is for a family.



After booking, the booker must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID for all adult guests and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.



The property is in a residential area, so guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight. Parties and events are not permitted.

You'll receive clear arrival instructions before your stay, along with a helpful Guidebook with information about the property and local area. As the property operates with self-check-in, you won't need to meet a member of our team on arrival, but we're always happy to answer questions or help with anything you may need during your stay.
