Absolutely superb hotel, a museum in its own right. Sitting having dinner in the very same room as the men who designed the Titanic over 100 years previously was an amazing feeling. The hotel has been beautifully restored with many of the rooms fitted out as they were over 100 years ago when it was the Harland & Wolf offices. Quite simply one of the best hotels i have stayed in anywhere and literally 50 metres from where the Titanic was built. Highly recommended.
The property is absolutely beautiful and is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited. The afternoon tea was perfect with some of the most delicious things I’ve eaten. Breakfast was extremely expensive (we thought the tray charge of 5 pounds was the price since nothing else was listed and were surprised with a $70 bill). Aside from that, absolutely perfect honeymoon trip. They were so good to us!
This hotel was amazing. There was a little miss-hap at check in and my room for the first night was not available and the hotel had to find me another room at a different hotel which was generous of them but I wish I was able to stay at this hotel for both night because this was incredible. The staff was incredible.
Upon check-in I was informed that because of flooding above my room from another guest, I would not be staying at the hotel that I had booked several months in advance. I was to be moved to another hotel for one night. They "tried to" contact me, but were unable to before I arrived. This put a nice wrinkle on my trip logistics. They offered me a free dinner and transportation to another hotel and a room upgrade for one of the nights I would be there. Also transportation back (which I took a taxi that was not in "their network of partners") and a tour of the hotel (which didn't happen because the concierge wasn't available) was offered. How many vacations do you think I get a year? And I had to put up with this. Unpack, repack, unpack, Who wants to do that?
We stayed here as we were attending an event at the SSE Arena. The location was perfect as it’s just a short walk from this venue. The hotel is stunning. The rooms too were tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need - toiletries, hair dryer, iron, A/C. We would definitely recommend staying here.
This hotel was amazing. The historical background of the building and the meticulous renovation and recreation of that history was impressive. Service was top-notch. I left a personal item in the room after checkout by mistake. I contacted the hotel, and they not only found my item but shipped it to me where I was staying in time for me to retrieve it before leaving Ireland. They were incredibly helpful and I really appreciate the extra effort. As a person who has long been interested in Titanic, being in this hotel was a dream come true.
