the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh.
If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door.
The location was really good and it only took 15 minutes to walk to the cathedral quarter and 20 mins in to the city centre. The bus service to the area was also really good

Room was exactly what I was looking for very clean and fresh aroma. Communal areas very well presented, it wasn’t fancy but had everything I needed including toilet roll. Warm and comfortable too.
