The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and a coffee station complete with a Keurig and syrups for your morning pick-me-up. Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and fun. The main living room features a sectional sofa and a smart TV, ideal for movie nights or cozy evenings by the gas fireplace. A second living room offers additional space to relax, read, or play board games. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin/full bunk beds in the third bedroom. Family Getaway

We had a fantastic time in Bellaire at this property! The communication was excellent, the house was beautiful, and the supplies provided were excellent! The host provided beach towels, kitchen and laundry supplies, and the house is beautifully furnished! We walked into town several evenings for drinks, dining, and shopping. It is a fabulous small town with easy travel to Torch Lake! We will definitely be coming back to Bellaire and will hopefully stay in this house!

Such a great house and location!

This was a beautiful place and very clean. We loved the location, hot tub, kayaking and it was big enough for our group of 12. We only had a couple of minor hiccups. The guest before us broke the coffee pot but the host made sure we got one right away. It was too big but we found a workaround for it. It was nice that they tried to resolve it immediately. Also, if you have a full group, I would bring an extra pack of toilet paper. There were 5 small rolls for 12 people for 4 days and we ran out by end of day 2.

Wonderful quiet location

The property is newly constructed and thoughtfully furnished. The layout is excellent for a large group (we were 8, two families) and there are spaces where we could all hang out together or find some privacy. Belair is a great link to the area, we did the suspension bridge at Bolne Mountain and hired a boat locally (M88) and got through to Lake Torch. If you are looking for a base to explore all that lake life has, this is it.

Easy walk to downtown Bellaire

The house was was well appointed and spotless. Our only suggestion is to offer some plasticware, plates and cups for kids. Otherwise furnishings were in great shape and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook. Kayaks with life vests were great fun. We enjoyed the fire pit (bring your own wood and grill sticks) and spent lots of time on the dock too! We were disappointed that when we asked the property management company if the property had a grill...they said no. The property does in fact have a brand new grill. The home also offers a Keurig as well as brew coffee pot. The listing only shows a Keurig. Additionally, the listing indicates there is room to park several cars in the driveway, but there is no driveway and you need to park on the front lawn. Unfortunately, when we arrived the lawn was knee high. Luckily the local property manager, Natalie, quickly responded to our concerns regarding the lawn, and made sure it was mowed the next morning. She also handled a couple of other small items and was very helpful during our stay. Overall, the home was very nice and and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the location to downtown Bellaire was so convenient! There's also a walking path and playground not far. Nice weekend getaway.

Comfy and inviting home

Overall the location was terrific. The home is freshly renovated with a lovely master bedroom and bathroom. Nicely equipped family area with fireplace and family games.
