This property was just as pictured and mire! The ability to walk into town for delicious food and a nice coffee shop was a highlight. Some of our favorite things were the sauna and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back 😊

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Clean, cute , comfortable , pet friendly and affordable…. We booked 2 rooms for our family trip and was very comfortable. A lot of amenities. Walking distance to cute downtown area. Would highly recommend.

An Adult Play Land.

Spillway has everything!! Secure contactless entry, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Amenities are numerous: large walk in shower, full kitchen. Full deck share with 4 units, outside chairs and fire pit, use of free kayaks and bikes. A putting green and a bago game set up. Fitness center. This and a brief walk to town. The owners are a delight and very accommodating. A perfect vacation ❤️ Bellaire has fabulous restaurants and is 20 mins to Torch Lake. 30 mins to the Jordan River for tubing or kayaking.

We are both 70+ and had the stairs to climb. It was the only disappointment. We knew that was the case however next time we have to be downstairs. Loved the location and amenities.

Beautiful & very clean suite! They thought of everything we might need right down to umbrellas in case it rained! The community where it’s located had some of the nicest people you could meet & some nice little shops. We would definitely stay there again!

We have a dually truck that would probably not fit through the gate, so good thing we left it home. Also phone chargers on the night stands would be nice. Other than that I think our stay was great, although it would have been nice to have been accommodated the early check in at 2:pm as discussed. We came up for an event and had to wait until 4:pm to check in.
