VALE CABIN

Perched high above picturesque Intervale Road on 30 private acres, Vale Cabin was designed for one purpose: an unmatched mountain escape. Just 10 minutes from Sunday River Resort, this 4,000 sq ft mountain-modern home spans three floors and sleeps up to 16, featuring six bedrooms, a bunk nook, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sweeping views of the Presidential Mountain Range at every turn.

MAIN LEVEL
The heart of the home is a breathtaking open-concept living space with soaring ceilings and walls of glass framing the Presidential Range and the back side of Sunday River. Gather around the gas fireplace on high-end leather couches, mix drinks at the wet bar, or cook together in the fully stocked chef's kitchen with island seating for three. The dining table seats 12 — ideal for long dinners after a day on the slopes. Step outside to the deck with a gas grill when the weather invites it. This level also includes a large mudroom (perfect for gear), a full bath, a half bath, two bedrooms, a 65" TV, and whole-house audio throughout.

LOWER LEVEL
Entertainment takes center stage downstairs. Settle into the home theater with a 100" screen, surround sound, and theater seating for a true cinema experience. Three additional bedrooms and three bathrooms offer privacy and comfort for the whole group, while a built-in bunk nook adds a fun, cozy sleeping option for younger guests. A washer and dryer are also available for longer stays.

LOFT
Tucked above it all, the private loft retreat features two queen beds, a smart TV, and a quiet, cozy atmosphere — perfect for those who like a little extra seclusion.

OUTDOORS
Step outside and exhale. The lower level opens onto a generous patio and lawn with sweeping mountain views in every direction. Vale Cabin puts you at the center of one of Maine's most beloved four-season destinations. Downtown Bethel — with its restaurants, pubs, shops, grocery store, and pharmacy — is just 2 minutes away. In winter, downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowshoeing, and ice skating are all within 10 minutes. Two prestigious golf clubs are nearby for warmer months, along with hiking for every ability level through Grafton Notch and Evans Notch State Parks (including trails up to 22 miles). Cool off at Frenchman's Hole on a summer afternoon, ride the Sunday River chairlift for spectacular fall foliage views, or simply step outside and stroll, run, or bike along scenic Intervale Road.

EVENTS: We are happy to host your special event. Please note that a 4-night minimum stay is required for all events. Rental of our neighbor property Vale Lodge (sleeps 20) is also required and can be combined with this rental at a discounted rate

POOL: We heat the pool to 82 degrees. If your group would like it warmer, we are happy to adjust the temperature up to 90 for an additional fee. Pool use is at your own risk.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for protection and to monitor snow removal. The cameras are located at the following locations:
1. Both front doors
2. Facing pool area
3. Facing dumpster
4. Facing driveway entrance
