Perfect location for couples or solo traveler. Lots of food and shopping options in a walkable distance. Walking distance the harbor. Staff very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Devon at the front desk and Bill in maintenance!

Very nicely appointed hotel in the heart of Portland. The courtyard with fire is a lovely feature. Rooms very comfortable. Coffee maker on our floor wasn't working, but that's my only complaint.

Location is great, but super overpriced for what is provided. Rooms are obviously built more for aesthetic than function. Faucet knobs were wobbly. Shower is tiny and the shower door in my room was ajar. Closet stacks front to back rather than side to side, like a rack in a store rather than a normal closet. There is no real desk. The iron board was broken. Just overall very disappointing. They also charge $35/night for "destination fee" so watch out for that.
