Staff was friendly, parking lot had unavoidable pot holes. Too many smokers were parked just outside of the entry doors so we had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter or exit the hotel

I am trying to cancel the Expedia trip because I hadn’t been able to check into my room for over an hour and I had enough and went to another hotel. Talking to your agent I spent a half hour per person with no rectification. It took you guys two minutes to take my money But over 60 minutes with your people I got no wear with.

The hotel seems to be pretty run down. I don't know if it's in the process of being remodeled or not but the part we stayed in was quite worn. Also some things were not provided in the room such as Kleenex and one night shampoo and conditioner. Also, they have a terrible neighbor, the credit union next door has a generator right by the parking lot by the front door of the hotel that runs pretty much all the time. It's extremely noisy. I don't know if they don't pay their bills or why they would need to be running a generator
