Comfortable beds, although right next to the airport no noise. Good location for events at the NEC and near train station. Breakfast was tasty and fresh although only suggestion would be to have some additional healthy fibre/fat options like chia seeds, pumpkin/sunflower seeds etc to sprinkle over the yoghurt.

Lovely. Clean, comfortable and remarkably quiet considering proximity to airport. Only 5 minutes walk from car park and 2 minutes from departures.

Food overpriced in restaurant but service really good, the staff run around making sure everyone has what they need. I don't have her name but shout out to the tall girl with glasses and a plaited ponytail, her service was spot on, kudos where it is due! Bed was unconformtable, springs were sticking in my side in the night, what hotel still uses sprung mattresses?? Meant I only got 2 hours sleep before a 7am flight, might aswell just have travelled in the morning rather than stayed, as I would have got more sleep... Bit of a waste of money to be honest, and I'll likely use the other onsite hotel next time, my parents had a similar experience 2 weeks ago too, which I had booked for them.

Took 25 minutes to book in .only one staff manning receptio. Second receptionist arrived after 15 minutes and queue started to move. Room nice but due to rain a constant drip drip drip from guttering kept me awake 3am till 5am

Stayed over night before an early flight so literally just slept at the hotel. First off it’s not easy to find if arriving via train. We exited the airport terminal and there are no signs or any indication of where the hotel is. We had to stop and ask. Once arrived check in was simply and headed up to the room. It was a nice room looking over the airport and plane stands but it was very quiet and we were not disturbed by noise at all. The mattress wasn’t the best - it had me backache as it was uncomfortable. Would stay again, possibly, if the price was right as it is very convenient to the airport and now I know how to find it!
