Hotel staff was welcoming and friendly! The hallways to the rooms was hot and humid but the rooms were cool. Lemon and cucumber water was available near the dining area. Hotel was very clean. Our room needed a new bed. Lots of parking available. The area around the hotel was not the greatest but thats not a hotel problem. Theres also no food around the hotel.

The room my husband and I had was on 7th floor. The bed was broken on one side. My husband slept horrible. There was no body wash in the bottles attached to the wall. We had one wash cloth for showering and I had to go to the 4th floor for Ice because 7,6,5 were all down. This is the first time I’ve experienced this and it needs to be addressed

I was traveling for a business conference. The hallways ate disgusting and the room wad terrible. I checked in and immediately checked back out. The front desk clerk was professional and nice. She entered into the system to give me a full refund; however, I was charged for one night even though after seeing the room, in immediately checked out. Not a good business practice

In a pinch

The best part was the receptionist - she was wonderful. Bar staff was shouting and dismissive. The mattress was slipping all over the foundation of the bed all night. Police in the parking lot that were called into the Lobby to investigate an incident on another floor. They were searching for a man that wanted access to a room. Not building a lot of confidence.

Reserved a king room, got put in one that had metal bunk beds in addition to the king bed, leaving no room for a chair beyond the desk chair, and that had to be moved around to avoid tripping on it because there wasn't room to walk around it. And getting food in the restaurant took more than 45 minutes both nights, for straightforward choices when the restaurant didn't seem overly crowded. Property seems a little run down and outdated, bathroom sink very small, etc. But it is convenient for getting an early flight.

This hotel is a toilet! The place is falling apart and I understand why. The maintenance man was complaining when a guest requested his hot water work. There are many other hotels in the area that have to be better!

The staff was very kind and helpful. We got a great rate on the room. Hotel food was very good and very convenient. If we ever go back to the area we will stay there again. Only cons our room didn't have towels etc, but they brought them quickly.
