The staff clean room etc but the smoke detector needs to be put back on the wall and the plug in the bathroom needs to be fix other than that I enjoy my time there and the staff there treated my like family

Amazing staff! From check in, to breakfast, to check out... everyone we encountered were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Room was super clean and had everything we needed. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the hall carpet was in need of replacement, there was a large water stain in the ceiling with mold (we stayed on 6th floor)

Shuttle service was great, the woman at the desk took us right to the airport. That hotel was not as well kept as it has been the last few times I stayed. Room needed some maintainence and updating, also the heating unit did not seem to adjust no matter where the temperature was set.

Room was a little funky.. Some kind of staining/looked like black mold on sheets.. Sheets smelled.. Lamp shades were damaged.. Broken curtain rod.. No regular coffee left in room. Staff was very kind which is a positive : ).
