Very nice hotel. Modern rooms with plenty of space. Can be busy at times. Dining area had plenty of seating and the lobby has an ok bar and a comfortable sitting area. Loved the breakfast selection.

The hotel was very clean walls are paper thin but that was ok the only thing I don't understand and its not the first hotel that I been that do not have fans in the bathroom. I truly do not understand. But other than that no complaints.

First of all I do not normally leave a bad review but in this case I am. When we checked in I was told if we needed anything then guest services would bring it to our room. I called the front desk and asked for a lighter blanket because the room was so hot. I was told “swing by the desk” and get one. Front desk would not bring one to our room like other hotels do. Air conditioning not working properly. The floor was soaking wet in front of the air conditioner. The noise was ridiculous. We did not call to complain because at this point we knew it would not do any good. Our room definitely needed a more thorough cleaning. I could go on and on but to top the list was the smell of marijuana was horrible. We love to travel but will not be staying at any Holiday Inn hotels anymore. Looks are deceiving in this case. Hotel looks nice from the outside but we would have been better off at a Motel 8.
