Wonderful staff made for a brilliant stay.

Was so incredibly impressed by how helpful and thoughtful the staff were during our visit. Some of the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel, and my son and I really appreciated it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great one night stay with the family

Had a wonderful one night stay with my family ( two adults two children) the beds were very comfortable and the kids stayed sound asleep all night. The breakfast was very nice everything was hot and liked the takeaway bags incase you were in a hurry I thought that was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and gave my youngest son an activity pack at breakfast. I think for the price we paid we definitely got our money's worth and if ever in Birmingham again will definitely be coming back

Our stay in the hotel is excellent. Very helpful staff . Check in and check out was very easy. Must say bed is very comfy. Only one problem is there, the public transport is not available near the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights - 2 rooms side by side. Bathroom tiles were broken, blonde hair was on the bedding (a huge clump of it) , the phone did not work(no cord), stains on the floor and coffee stains on the wall. No complimentary water or fridge, toiletries were not replenished on arrival, iron did not work. Would not recommend this place.

Very nice stay!

Room was large and extremely clean. It did have air-conditioning but while I could hear it working I couldn't feel it's effects. Very limited food menu and no room service. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast service was excellent. Despite a couple of minor points I would recommend this hotel. Definitely worth the price, especially given it was a last-second booking.

My friend and I had a double bedroom each for 1 night on the 7th floor. Unfortunately we found a splattering of what appeared to be blood on the bedding and the bathroom in my room had a foul nauseating smell of raw sewerage. This was really unpleasant especially first thing in the morning. Otherwise the bathroom was clean. Check in was excellent. It was quick, efficient and we were offered 2 rooms next door to each which was perfect. Breakfast was well cooked, there was plenty of food and it was nice & hot. Rooms and other areas of the hotel were clean but there were lots of uncleared tables at breakfast. This meant that there was a scramble to get a clean table. As we were only staying the 1 night we didn’t report the sewerage smell or the small amount of blood on the bedding to hotel staff. We’d stay here again given the close proximity to the city centre, the price and breakfast.

Perfectly fine for a budget hotel

Hotel was clean and staff welcoming. Unfortunately the aircon stopped working in the night and the room was very hot. The aircon panel also started flashing brightly which woke us up… not terrible, just frustrating.
