When I arrived to check in they told me that they gave my room away as they had a basketball team come in which left me stranded with no place to stay in a place I new nothing about I would not recommend using them ever

Never going back

The main problem with this property was cleanliness. The floors in the elevators and hallways were sticky and in need of mopping. One of the elevators was out of order. The hallways needed to be vacuumed. The trash cans on my floor were full. The top was stopped up and wouldn’t drain properly. The sink and toilet were not clean. The toilet had hair and dirt on the base and the frame around the mirror had surface dirt along with the tub. I will not book at this hotel again.

Go early for checkin

the room was nice and clean. The customer service was horrible and understaffed... checked in at 4 and wss told room was not ready to.come back in a hour. Came back 2 hours later and still had to wait 30mins to.check in.. check out time was 11 but maids were knocking in door at 10 rushing us to come out..very unprofessional

The side door had an issue and did not close behind. There was a dog in the hallway roaming. The restroom in my room had a few strains of hair in it and 3 rings in the tub. The TV did not have VH1. I would come back, but I called to find out why there was an additional $74.07 hold on my card along with the $50 incidental fee. I was unaware of the $73 fee. The rep was impatient and rushing me off the line, then told me that I wasn't her daddy. All I was saying is aren't you at work and supposed to address the clients concerns or at least pretend you are listening???
