The room needed updates. Carpeting was filthy, toilet bowl was rusty and there was an unpleasant odor overall. The drinking glass was dirty and stuck to the cabinet.

First of all the hotels location in within walking distance of the Galleria! The room was clean and very spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable! The only thing I think that could be better is the breakfast,maybe add a waffle maker,with a couple varieties of meat and biscuit or bagels.

Staff was friendly upon check-in. There was no soap to wash your hands with in the room. Tried to use the body wash in the shower to wash our hands, but it was out as well. Went down to breakfast at 8:15 and all of the dishes were empty. There were only juice cups for your coffee, but all the juice was out too. Even the tissue box in the room only had two tissues in it. We normally stay at Hyatt, but we will not be back to this one.

The place is a dump. Smelly, old, and overall unkept. The breakfast area did not look clean nor appealing. The furniture is old, dated and rusting. The linen in the bed smelled. I chose not to stay based on the conditions and had to forfeit one night's stay. Very disappointing!
