From the time I stepped into the building I felt welcomed. Great staff, ALL OF THEM!!!! The rooms are comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the entire stay was peaceful. Met new friends while standing outside, with great conversation. As a veteran with “non-visible” disabilities, it is sometimes difficult to find a place that feels like home away from home while going thru medical treatments. This property is accommodating and have no pet policy, but welcomes Service Animals. I will return soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Most important to me was that it was very clean and I needed some rest while my family member was in the hospital. It had a small indoor pool which was nice, though I did not use it. It was close to the main road, but I couldn't hear the traffic.

This place was amazing. Smelled clean and fresh from the moment you walk in. Everyone was very helpful. And the pool was amazing. Only stayed one night because my husband was working in Birmingham but definitely will be back.

Didn't even get to use the pool, it was filthy and crowded with what was apparently children (or other relatives of) the staff working there. "breakfast" was a joke. The rooms were grungy and it was a sketchy area. This hotel attracted some really sketchy folks staying there as well. We stayed at a close by hotel a while back and it was nothing like this. There was an event going on in town so rooms options were limited. Will not be going again.

Terrible pillows.

The staff were nice and the room was clean. I've stayed in this hotel approx 4 times over the last 2-3 yrs and the only complaint I ever have, and should have brought this up sooner, is the pillows. They flatten and for me, that makes for a miserable night. My brother had the same complaint. Upgrade the pillows and I'll be happy to stay there during every trhip to B,ham.

The entire property is very run down and not well maintained. We had a storm the second night, and our window in the room started flooding water everywhere. You can find areas where its just dirty, or where it just hasnt been maintained in so long its falling apart.

Be careful of the deposit required

Was very disappointed that I was informed that I had to give them a $100 deposit your site did not state this will never use hotel that come again.
