This is the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. There are usually one or two that stand out on a stay. Not here. Every staff member was so greeting, happy, helpful and patient!!! Definitely would recommend.

Sites need to be renovated. The last 2 residence inn suites have been poorly maintained and desperately need updating…bathroom ventilation, ac units, limited parking & no security was in the parking areas. The design of the rooms is inefficient. The door stuck to the frame and was difficult to open.

Room was great, clean and had all the amenities we needed except body lotion. We had to leave for the hospital before breakfast. The front desk staff at check in, after 7PM, was not very friendly.
