Lacking in furniture in poor condition, bathroom had loose toilet seat & very slow draining sink. Not enough outlets for charging phones & hearing aids!

Thank you, Larry, for your review. Our maintenance man is busy working on these issues. There are outlets behind the night stand which accommodate those extra outlets that you need. Please ask the front desk for assistance when you are a guest here-they would be more than happy to help.

Property was located right off the interstate for easy access. It was very clean (inside and outside). Very reasonably pruced

Hot tub not working and that was the reason I booked as after a long days drive I need one to rest properly

Doug, I am so sorry the hot tub was not working. Trust me we are trying everything we can to get it up and running properly. Please give us another chance next time you are in the area.

Liars and thieves

We did not stay. Katie the worker there took numerous transactions on our card and her response was for us to call our bank. She is a straight up thief!! We decided not to stay and she charged us for the entire stay and more well over $600 from my card. We will never stay here ever again!! She needs to be thrown into jail.

Dear Anonymous: This hotel is definately not full of liars and thieves. You anonymous, would not stop yelling at Katie long enough for her to explain anything at all to you. Like every other hotel, if you use a Debit Card the cost of the entire stay and incidental funds are taken from your account immediately. Once you check out, that money is released back to you within a few days from your bank. Which I am positive you have already had returned to your account. If you use a regular credit card, that card is authorized for the amount of stay and incidental charges. Again, once you check out of the hotel that is when your card is charged and any additional authorization is returned to that card immediately. Thank you for staying with us!

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Especially Katie!! She’s awesome! Breakfast was good. Very affordable. Beautiful area. Only downside was the mattress on our bed was completely worn out. Huge indents from wear on both sides and very lumpy. Hopefully they replace that soon:)
