Enjoyable experience very hard working staff. Did wait 40 mins for breakfast to be served, staff worked non stop, can only think kitchen staff were very slow. Meals were good but breakfast could have been better. Entertainment good, apart from the show night very loud and unfortunately not good at all. They cleared most of the guests.

I liked the room and the staff was friendly enough. Food was below average and the breakfast wasnt nice the egg was sloppy and the sausages was grizzly and bacon was chewy and the black pudding was rock hard.kids enjoyed the pool but changing rooms need redoing. Entertainment was good

A wonderful 1 nights stay, Lauren on reception was exceptional, couldn't do enough. The room was spotless, fresh and bright. Facilities were great and the kids entertainment was excellent. Will definitely be visiting again.

Mixed experience but good location

Mixed stay. Hotel was a bit dated but comfortable enough. Good location opposite Cabin tram stop. Reception staff could have been better. Simple things like welcoming you (not carrying on a chat and ignoring you) and when you check out it doesn’t take much to ask if you had enjoyed your stay! Although the hotel has parking be aware that other than a few places in front of the hotel, there are 10-12 spaces down the side of the building but it is effectively double parking so you have no chance of getting out in a hurry. There is on street parking. Only negative in the room en-suite was that no soap was provided. I think this is a basic requirement that should have been provided. No toiletries either although less of an issue. Bar areas and dining room looked reasonable (although we didn’t use). Hotel provides entertainment most nights.

Well worth a visit

Very polite staff great service. Nice clean hotel looks like a lot of work and effort has gone into updating so far. Good all inclusive menu and food was very good. £184 all inclusive for family of 3

Beautiful outdoor pool area, nice and attentive staff. Can’t fault them at any stage from check in to meal times. Jacuzzi/indoor pool was nice and relaxing. Family suite booked, listing does state it is for up to four adults. Should probably be 2 adults and 2 children. Bunk beds provided are extremely uncomfortable and loud. Would suggest mattress toppers covers if possible. You can feel every bar on the bed frame through the mattress and a loud crunching metal sound when anybody moves. Whereas the double was lovely and comfortable and the two bathrooms a great bonus. Would suggest if more than two adults sharing one night would probably be the maximum stay.
