This 1 bedroom /1 bath - WiFi 500/Mbps! 1500 square foot (1st fl) 1 bedroom, 1 bath home on nearly 1 acre, a Sun Room, deck, BBQ Grill, game room, and TV. The porch and deck overlook Lake Guinevere and the wooded property with direct access to the lake. There is a separate heated Rec room in the attached garage. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer. * Please book the 3BR/3BA listing if you would like to add access to the 2BR, Loft upstairs, otherwise they will be closed off from use. ⛰️ It is located in a quaint community in the Poconos. Camelot Forest Conservation Assoc. Nestled in the far northwest comer of Monroe County is one of the premier communities on the Pocono Plateau. Camelot Forest. Approximately one mile east from the intersection of State Routes 115 and 940 at Blakeslee comers you come across the development almost hidden in the picturesque woodlands of what was once one of the oldest farms in Tobyhanna Township. Additional Amenities include 2 Lakes; Lake Guinevere has a beach for swimming (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day), a picnic area, a playground, and catch, release fishing, Lake Katheryn.

⛳️ There are many nearby attractions including Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Aquatopia Waterpark, Ski Resort, Mount Airy Casino, Camel Beach, a huge Crossroads outlet mall, horseback riding, fishing, multiple golf courses, go-karting, Bushkill falls, white water rafting, NASCAR and more. The Mt. Maplewood Lake House is located 5mi from the Lake Harmony area which also includes Jack Frost and Big Boulder mountains for fabulous skiing. Camelback Mountain is 10mi away for indoor, and outdoor waterparks and skiing (with child care). 

☀️ From the moment we saw the path leading to the lake and the beautiful Sun Room overlooking Lake Guinevere we knew we had finally found our lake home. Camelot Forest has a paddle boat to borrow! There is so much to do every season from skiing, golfing, and waterparks, to sailing, concerts, and biking or tennis. We will give you access to our Mt. Maplewood Lodge site which has year-round activities listed and updated seasonally. Because we are part of the Camelot Forest Conservation Assoc. we get to extend that benefit to you, our guests for no extra charge! Your access will give you the ability to enjoy the beach, lakes, fishing, volleyball, and tennis courts. We also have a community center that can be rented for special events.

- Dog-Friendly Policy: We welcome up to 2 adult dogs as part of your family adventure. Fees: A fee of $25/dog, per day is applicable for each approved dog. Sorry NO Cats.
- Optional Linen rental service available. * Please note that Linens are NOT included in the cost of the rental AND are factored into your discount!
- Please read the rules, and regulations before signing required rental agreement and courtesy with each booking to review and for access info and activities. Ring and Mînut installed for township compliance.
* Use of boats: Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day (except in inclement weather). * Ice Skating, Fishing, Walking, etc on Frozen Lakes are Strictly Prohibited for safety.
** This home is a single-family home, we do this to 1Br accommodate couples. The other rooms cannot be rented or used in the smaller configuration. Residential neighborhood with neighbors close by, please act as if you live next door with your family and young children. Please read the Code of Conduct.

⛔️ CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund 30 days +, 50% refund 7-14 days prior to check-in (depending on Channel Partner).
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies Mt. Maplewood Lodge in writing and obtains online cancelation in the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card charges will be retained and remitted. For a refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14-30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. By booking this rental, the guest hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms in this document. * Refundable Damage Deposit. You may opt for Accidental Damage Insurance.
