Unfortunately this was an unpleasant stay for us. The following were some issues encountered:1. No hot water2. No body wash3. Poor hygiene of cassette toilet4. Parking - one needs to park on crushed terracotta tiles which are uneven, sharp and very difficult to walk on. The parking is about 50m from the Tiny Home. One needs to carry their bags there. Wheelchair access is not available. 5. The view was predominately of a construction site as there are other homes being built on the vineyards. There's limited privacy as the tiny home doesnât stand in a location that has privacy screens or is covered by natural features.6. The host was rude and disrespectful when feedback of the hot water was given. The upside and positives : 1. Quiet location2. Spacious bed3. Air conditioning 4. Host attempted to rectify hot water issue as promptly as possible 5. Tiny Homes executives offered a compensation for the poor experience and did so with professionalism & prompt responses 6. Clean sheets and towels7. Night light provided (needs to be charged)On a personal note, we would not stay at this particular Tiny Home location again. Mostly due to the poor hospitality. But that being said, we would be happy to explore other Tiny Homes given the Executives handling of our complaints.
