Florida Bar Convention

My friend and I decided to stay here instead of staying at The Boca Raton and we are glad we did. The property is well maintained and was the perfect location. Enjoyed taking a dip in the pool in the morning and meditating outside in the morning.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE. We rented this house for 3 weeks in February. Construction started on day 3 of our stay on the house directly behind us, and didn’t stop for the entire time we were there. The amount of noise ALL DAY, EVERY DAY was horrible EVERY SINGLE DAY. I called the management company who is listed as the“HOST” for this property 10 times, requesting for the “LOCAL CONTACT” to contact me. Red Awning, the management company listed on VRBO for this property is not located in Florida, it is located in California. Each time I called, Red Awning said they would need contact the local Florida team, who would contact me. The local team NEVER contacted me. Our plans were to work from home/outside, and enjoy some nice weather. Due to the extreme noise every day, we could not work outside as intended, and even while inside, we could hear the construction ALL DAY LONG. To say it was upsetting and disruptive is an understatement. The fact that we didn’t ever get a call from the local team/host/owner to discuss options for us is unacceptable. We called Red Awning, 2 weeks into our stay because there was a horrible smell in the house that would not go away (we thought it was a dead rodent). Once again, we were told they would contact the local team, who would reach out to us. NO ONE ever contacted us and we had to live with the smell. Bottom line-there will be construction noise for the next year in the back yard. Additionally, if you have an issue it will be ignored
