Several nail clippings were found in the room on the ground; room wasnt thoroughly cleaned. BUT Service Representatives were helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Stephen was especially helpful upon check-in and with a few other requests we made.

Went to Boise for daughters masters ceremony. This hotel was nice. I thought it was perfect other than did not like that one bathroom and to get to the bathroom you had to walk through the bedroom. So if you are staying with people make sure you are aware the lack of privacy. However nice kitchen balcony and view. Everything else perfect. The bathroom was a downer oh and no closet. Very strange. We had clothes that needed to be hung up and kept crisp for graduation and there are NO closets. I’ve never seen that in a hotel before. I would still stay again I liked the staff and location. Just a few strange things I hadn’t seen before is all

Best hotel I have stayed out of the 4 I have tried

This place was seriously great. I have stayed at several hotels in both Meridian and Eagle and this was by far the nicest. The room was big, clean, and quiet! Not only did I never hear anyone talking through the walls, when someone in the hallway did close a door, I could hardly hear it, and if I did, it sounded muffled because the insulation is so good on the place. Without even asking, the worker at the desk upgraded me to a room with a balcony which I highly appreciated. Honestly, even the breakfast here was the best free breakfast I've had at any hotel. I will 100% stay here from now on when I visit the area.

We arrived almost at 3 am. The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean, and perfect. The only downside to the whole trip was the bed was pretty uncomfortable. I would however book this hotel again.

Definitely stay here

I choose this line of hotels for many reasons - cleanliness and breakfast among them. This is one of the best ive stayed at. Clean, friendly, safe abd the breakfast was better than usual. Only suggestion - put in a hot tub! 😊
