Cool little motel with a good free breakfast. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great and bathroom could have been cleaner. Very comfortable bed and super friendly staff. We will be back!

Great Weekend

It was a great place to stay with our dogs. Right downtown, great bar and food, excellent service. The Modern is a solid place to stay with its great courtyard and free bikes to cruise downtown easily.

The Modern was cute, clean, and convenient. The staff was nice and welcoming. Located in downtown Boise, so everything you need is in walking distance. I will definitely be booking my next stay there again.
