They had told me on the phone the hot tub was available for use and when we asked the lady where it was, she told us, when we got to the hot tub it was empty and dirty. Halls and stairways were dirty.

The room was horrible no remote for the tv my son is in a wheelchair and partial paraphylegic the beds were higher than my waist so we struggled to get him in bed,the heater was so loud that we turned it off in 12โ–ช๏ธŽ temps. The bathroom light and fan everytime i would turn it off 2mins later would turn back on automatically, there was only a sheet and thin bedspreads ,no blankets ,not a single waste basket ,no phones and the only lock was the one used to enter from outside with key card so anyone with access to the cards could come in while we sleep so of courde we didnt sleep.

For the price you pay what you get.. had a hard time connecting to the TV for background nose and like I said you get what you pay for.. canโ€™t complain about condition or lack of ice machine or any of that, thankful for a place to accommodate my budget this trip.

The manager Noreen is really reasonable. Any customer service job is hard. me and my bf have been staying for about a month . They're in the middle of doing repairs and remodels so it's hard to give a decent rating . There hasn't been any crime or anything everyone keeps to themselves...it's been quiet and the rooms are decently clean . There doing the best with what they have to work with . I would say for the cheaper options I would pick here . The hot tub is pretty nice also .
