Charming 4 Bedroom Home Away From Home

Located in the charming small town of Bolivar, this 4-bedroom bungalow is conveniently located to everything in the area. Jump on the interstate for a short drive to Akron/Canton or take a 30 minute scenic trip to Amish Country. Or stay closer to home and take a walk to a local restaurant or a two minute drive to the local brewery. If you're staying in, the living room boasts a 65" TV and each bedroom features a 50" television with cable or Roku TV. The full kitchen has an electric range, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and large granite island. The entire house is stocked with everything you will need for your visit, including a full laundry room. If the weather allows, enjoy the large flat side yard to exercise or let the kiddos run wild. Stay in and enjoy the stocked game room where you will find chess, checkers, monopoly or playing cards. Come enjoy your stay in our home away from home.

Family Weekend Visit

The house was super clean and a lot bigger than we thought it was! Perfect for being around family. The upstairs bedrooms are connected, perfect for a family with young kids or sibling bonding. The owner was quick to respond to questions as asked. If needed, we will be booking here again!

Comfortable, clean home

The house was very comfortable and VERY clean! We felt like we were in our own homes! Especially enjoyed the hot tub and making smores at the fire pit every evening! It was also a great walking neighborhood!The only issue I had was the communication about check-in information. I use VRBO quite often and have always received check-in information 24-48 hours prior to check-in. I had to send a message to the project manager the night before asking about it. Also sent one the morning of check-in, I received the info at 8am that morning. There is nothing on the VRBO site for this house indicating this.

Close to Amish country

This is a good location if you want to stay within a half hour of Amish country and Canton. The house is a bit old but updated, decorated, and supplied with family friendly furnishings.

Fabulous!!!

Everything about this house is fabulous!!! Couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful decor and very warm and inviting. The layout was perfect, and the larger bath upstairs served the three 2nd floor bedrooms very well. The upstairs bedrooms were thought out with mirrors, since there was one upstairs bath to share, plus the full length decorative mirror in the hall was super. Thankful for the large mirror in the upstairs bath, so 2 people could do makeup and hair at the same time, plus 2 blow dryers there were handy. Very comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets in each room. Great fans in each bedroom, made sleeping more comfortable. There were cozy blanket throws everywhere inside and on the front porch, to relax and snuggle up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we possibly needed. Cards and games were awesome, to gather and enjoy shared time in the house. Lovely and safe neighborhood and the front porch was perfect for lounging, visiting, and people watching. The location is so convenient to walk around the charming town. The hot tub was fabulous and heated for our arrival. What a treat! We did not want to leave, but hopefully we will have another occasion to come to the area. We would definitely book this home again and not even look at any others. It added to one of the best, happiest, relaxing, and fun getaways with our grown children and a brother and sister in law. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house!!!
