Welcome to our charming studio apartment, located in a three-unit complex in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs. This cozy retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a plush King bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and private laundry and bathroom facilities.

The Space:
The studio apartment is located at the back left of the main house, with access through its private outdoor door. Inside, you'll step into the inviting main living area, featuring a cozy dining area for two, a desk and chair for productivity, and two comfortable armchairs with a coffee table for relaxation.

The kitchen boasts retro-style appliances, quartz counters, hardwood cabinets, a convenient 2-burner hot plate, and a coffee maker. Towards the back of the studio, you'll find a full-sized bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The stackable washer and dryer, exclusively for your use, are conveniently located here as well.

The King-size bed offers a comfortable retreat, and a wall-mounted TV on a swivel mount ensures entertainment from the bedroom, kitchen, and dining area.

As part of our complex, you'll have access to shared on-site amenities, including convenient parking, a peaceful courtyard, and a lovely patio with chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Fire up the BBQ grill and savor a delicious meal in the open air.

Situated just a little over 5 miles away from the beautiful Bonita and Barefoot Beaches, as well as Docs Beach House, you'll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf. Downtown Bonita Springs, with its vibrant shopping and dining scene, is within walking distance from the property, making it a breeze to explore and indulge in the local attractions.

Each unit in our three-unit property has its own door lock and unique code, guaranteeing your privacy and security during your stay. If you're interested in renting multiple units or the entire property, please don't hesitate to reach out for further information.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
