Third party booking, will be treated as stepchild

The room, cleanliness etc was excellent. We booked our stay thru a third party. I asked why we didn’t have a microwave since it was on the amenities. I was advised that because I had booked thru a third party, one doesn’t always get all the amenities. The microwaves were for their suites! And when we checked out, I asked for an invoice and again was told that because I had booked thru a third party, I had to get it from them! I felt as though I was treated as a step child!

Stayed here for a few days for a wedding. Nothing fancy, but it definitely met my needs. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast and free parking included in the price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I think the only two things that I disliked was that the phone was not next to the bed. And that there was nothing in the room to remind me what time breakfast was and I ended up missing it. I checked in late pretty tired, the lady did tell me, but I got in the room and totally forgot. I usually need those things written in order to remember.
