Welcome! Our home is your home. Come and rejuvenate in true West Coast style. Our home has all the comforts of your own home and the best of beautiful Sun Peaks Resort right at your doorstep.

The private hot tub on the covered patio will be running all year long.

We are located at Echo Landing in Sun Peaks East Village. Ski-in, Ski-Out, Two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor entrance. Private, heated garage with additional parking outside in driveway.

Luxurious gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas stove. All the needed kitchen amenities you can think of. Heated tile floors, ice maker, gas fireplace, in-suite laundry. Two Smart televisions. Picturesque mountain views from every window. Private patio with hot tub. All this and just a 10 minute walk down to the Village.

**Please be sure you are on VRBO Canadian site or on Homeaway or rates will be displayed in American Currency. Once you begin the reservation process you will notice the rate convert to Canadian Currency and you will be charged in Canadian Currency. Your credit card will convert the Canadian amount into the current exchange rate**

We are located on Valley Drive across from parking lot 5. It is a short walk down to the main road where you can ski down to Mount Morrisey or the Orient Express chair lifts.

Fantastic stay!!

We had a superb stay at Cass Corea! Pina was very communicative, the space was beautifully outfitted, extremely clean and organized with everything you need to feel spoiled and at home. We loved the close proximity to the ski lifts and the feasibility to come in for lunch and/or a hot tub mid day! We will be back again soon!

The Magic House

We arrived with our family which included our newly turned 3 yr old grandson. For some reason he called Casa Corea ‘the magic house’ and I think he was absolutely correct! Perhaps the sparkling lights on the new snow looked magical to him! Albeit a very cold weekend, our stay here was warm and welcoming! We very much appreciated the well stocked chef’s kitchen with everything we needed to make memorable family meals together. The hot tub was wonderful and the condo was as described. Thankyou Paul+Pena for hosting us - we hope to return to ‘The Magic House’ in future!

Comfy home away from home with hot tub

There were 6 adult sized people staying here. It was cozy but super nice to have 2 bathrooms and the garage to store our ski stuff. Clean, modern place. Hot tub is awesome. Would be nice to have a few more basics like standard condiments since those can be expensive to buy for a short stay. Would stay there again, and recommend it to other.

Beautiful stay in Sun Peaks

My family and I stayed at this townhouse for a weekend of skiing in sun peaks. The home was beautiful, very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen has everything you will need, the bathrooms have lots of extra towels, the bedrooms have beautiful bedding, the location is fantastic, the hot tub was clean and perfect after a day of skiing. I would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat.

Nice little getaway.

This was a nice little getaway for my family and I. Great place to hike and bike. The hot tub was great after hiking to the top of Tod Mountain. The only downside is I was missing air conditioning during the extremely hot weather during the time indoors. They did have a couple small fans but I had to go into Kamloops to get a bigger fan to cool things down so I could sleep. But, overall, it was a great experience.

Not bad, could improve

Check in, location & ammenities were good & accurate. Severely lacking in cleanliness. - Found insects inside pull-out chouch mattress - Bathroom shelves, toilet, baseboards all covered in thick layer of dust - Many kitchen utensils & plates dirty before we even used them. Dried scraps of food on it, poorly washed. - First hot tub serviceman informed us the hot tub was dirty as well. Had to add chemicals to sanitize it. Wish we would have known before we got in it ourselves. Overall, not up to cleanliness standards. Lack of A/C was mildly inconvenient during peak daytime, however it was mitigated at night where we could just open a window.

Sun Tan After Skiing

We stayed at this immaculate condo during spring break and was absolutely fantastic. Nice big open kitchen and living room was perfect for all meals cooked on the either the natural gas stove or BBQ on the deck while the kids sat in the private hot tub on the deck or watched their favorite show on the big screen TV. After each day of skiing the sun was shining on the deck which was warm enough to sit in shorts and no shirt getting a sun tan at Sun Peaks. Skiing to the lift was wonderful along with the ability to ski pretty much to the front door with a short walk down the road. I will be staying here again in the near future and at least once a year. Pina is a fabulous host and deserves an standing ovation for having this townhouse set up the way she does. Thank you Pina.

great time at Sun Peaks

We had a great stay at the condo. Condo was Ski in/Ski out which was great. It is not walking distance to the village (in the winter anyway) and there are no shuttles so you do need a car to get to the village to shop and eat. Other than that, we would definately rent again.

Everything was awesome; except they need to snake the drains because the sinks don’t drain well at all AND the electricity cuts off or half the house cuts off or it killed the jacuzzi; which took the whole time to get warm.

The hot tube maintenance came in to condo without authorization from the occupant.

You should not come out of your room to find unwelcome staff in the rental. Please contact to explain. I will never put my family in this insecure and dangerous situation again. Obviously I can’t leave my 13 year old daughter alone in a Vrbo rental, and feel she is safe. Nothing comfortable or pleasant to say after that happened.
