With a contactless entrance using a smart lock, you’ll have easy access to our cozy retreat. Situated close to Lake Charlevoix, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities right at your doorstep. Perfect for a getaway or extended stay, our cottage blends comfort and convenience seamlessly.
Living Room:
The bright and inviting living room includes a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV, and tasteful decor. It’s an ideal space for lounging and spending quality time with family and friends.

Fantastic location for walking into Boyne City. Almost entirely remodeled (everything except the shower is new). Very clean, and host was responsive. Furnished somewhat sparingly, but we ate out and had the essentials we needed.

Fantastic location to beach and town

Just couple of blocks from the beach and town this home worked well for us and our pups. Back yard is fenced, Updated interior was nice. Bed/pillows were comfortable and home has nice linens. Also had a washer/dryer. Host was easy to reach with questions. We would rent this again.

Mini vaca!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and inviting, with comfortable beds and pillows. The pull-out couch was a convenient option for one of my children, preventing any disagreements about sharing a room. Communication with the property manager was prompt and efficient. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs, as we lack alternative pet care arrangements when traveling, and the fenced yard was a welcome feature. The decor was lovely, and we all felt relaxed and at ease throughout our stay. We hope to return, perhaps for Thanksgiving.

I highly recommend! We stayed in the warm fall, easily walkable to the whole city. Nice amenities. There are drivable wineries and breweries nearby as well. I highly recommend boyne valley vineyards. It’s gorgeous!

Simple and Clean

The house was in a great location to access downtown Boyne City and head in the Charlevoix/East Jordan area. It’s definitely a simple house, but had all the amenities that were needed (towels, dishes, TP, etc). We felt safe staying at the house and it was clean. Having access to a washer/dryer was so beneficial since I was traveling with my infant. A few downsides- because the house is older and near the water, it has a bit of a musty smell, but to be expected. There are two window air units that did the job, however it was not too hot out when we stayed. Lastly, the rug in the kitchen could be considered a tripping hazard and would benefit from being tacked down. The communication with the owners was great! They were very responsive to my questions after I booked and very helpful when we had a little trouble with the keypad when entering the house. I would also like to recognize their hospitality when they ordered a pack n’ play for my daughter so I didn’t need to bring one from home. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking to travel to Boyne City.

Boyne City for Boyne Thunder

Loved the location, great for the Boyne Thunder event. Everything was awesome
. Only thing I would say needs to change is the fact that the one portable ac unit couldn’t keep up with cooling the entire house. Need to have one more unit so both bedrooms can be cool for sleeping. Otherwise we were super happy and would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thanks so much!!

Boyne City Vacation Rental

This property has a great location (two blocks from the Beach and three blocks from the downtown shops), was very clean and well equipped. It was nice to have the front entrance area, enclosed, to put all our beach stuff, bikes ect. Good layout for a vacationing family. It was great that is was pet friendly. Our dog loved it. ** I would say the backyard was not well maintained, lots of weeds. The grass/weeds needed to be cut and trimmed. Would have appreciated if this area was better maintained so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space.
