IN THE WINTER:
Stay right on Boyne property near the Boyneland in this wonderful condo. Enjoy taking a ski break and sitting by the fire or eating a bowl of chili. With only a two minute ski walk to the Boyneland lift, you will want to come every weekend.

With kids and grandparents this condo provides plenty of room for a true vacation. Everyone has enough place to relax and ski. The kids can take themselves to the slopes, walk to Avalanche Bay, and even run and bike down the mountain. No car is needed when you are this close to everything. If someone wants to sleep in they can just meet us on the hill.

This condo is an easy flat walk to Avalanche Bay, the Boyne Village, and to the slopes.

Use this home as your base for summer activities with Lake Charlevoix only 10 minutes away, Walloon 11 minutes, and Deer Lake is 4 minutes around the corner . Enjoy the brand new 6.5 mile paved bike trail to Boyne City. This region features fantastic bike trails, superb fishing, sandy beaches, and unique shops in Boyne City.

Additional activities on Boyne property for a fee include golf, tennis, water parks, zip lining, frisbee golf, and a luxury spa. This was a great condo. The location is great if you want to get to the slopes quickly and particularly if you have kids in ski school. You can easily walk to ski school and to the lift. The condo has 3 bedrooms a loft, so it is really like having 4 bedrooms. The condo was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay we had at this Boyne Mountain property! The pictues don't depict how really spacious and roomy this VRBO is. The ambiance of the fireplace, the comfort of the mattresses, the kitchen amenities, and the location to activities were wonderful! Lovely summer vacation spot!

Brought my family for a stay up north to this lovely centrally located, well appointed condo. We had plenty of beds for the whole gang, 3 couples and 3 grandchildren. Comfortable beds, couches, dining area
..even games for the kiddos to play on the rainy day. Close drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix and Boyne City. Love the music in Boyne City on Fridays and loved the food at the Landing ( though we did have to wait an hour for a table) Great place

Wonderful Stay

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. All the essentials were provided. The location made it easy to walk to the main lodge and the activities in that area. Mary was a fantastic host! Her communication before and during our stay made everything very easy. We would definitely come back when visiting again.

Wedding weekend

Our first VRBO so nothing to compare to. Part of the gated condo section at Boyne Mountain. More dated outside than in, which followed the ski theme. Comfortable and clean. The only tiny frustration was there was only 1 closet that would hold dresses--most were filled with property storage and utilities. There are hooks about but often in full view of the common areas. Same with kitchen....no place to put non-refrigerator food we brought. But the host was super responsive when we had questions. Great location of you can climb one flight of steps.

We had a great time at Boyne Mountain! Our visit was for the Total Archery Challenge event and this condo was ideal for us to walk over to the shoot and easy access to food and activities. The condo was clean, well organized, and perfect for us! If we ever head back to Boyne Mountain, we will definitely stay again! Thanks for hosting us!

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Needs some TLC

The host is wonderful and location is prime, but the place was less than impressive. Could use some loving and more attention to broken lights, handles and cleanliness. The furnace is also incredibly loud, like an airplane taking off. It woke up my kids each time it turned on. Also important to note that if you plan on cooking meals, you should bring your own cooking utensils and a pop up table since there’s no counter space to prep anything or pantry/cabinet to put any food in. All in all, we would not rent again for the price.
