Beach House East of A1A, Private Hot Tub, Outdoor Oasis

First and foremost, cleanliness is our main objective. the Beach House was designed with cleanliness in mind. We travel quite a bit and we know its very important to have a very clean spotless place, and we guarantee that with our beach house. All floors are tile, all countertops are granite, and all linens are white and removable for bleaching. Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans all surfaces and linens after each occupancy. We have hepa vacuums to ensure all surfaces are free of dust and dirt! We replace the mattresses, linens and repaint inside and outside annually, rest assured you will arrive to a perfect beach house that pictures cannot do justice. As you can tell, we are clean fanatics and you will appreciate that when staying with us.

The interior furnishings are all brand new. Both beds are high end brand new medium firm memory foam mattresses. The king mattress in the main bedroom has a medium firm side and a very firm side for those that want to sleep on a firm bed. The guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress & we have a trifold twin memory foam mattress in the closet with linens for an additional guest to sleep in the living room. The couches are both high end Italian leather electric recliners in front of the 65" tv for the ultimate movie experience. The beach house has been completely renovated this year. Every inch of space has been utilized, the exterior hardscaped for the ultimate use of space. There's two outdoor showers, one of which is hot and cold. There's a nice outdoor hot tub that is positioned under the outdoor patio area next to the couches and outdoor TV so you can relax in the hot tub and watch the game or a movie. The front deck and turf area have ample seating and two chaise lounges. You can hear the waves crash and feel the wind from the beach everyday from this area. Large Clusias hedges are approx 6'-8' high to provide ultimate privacy in the fully fenced in yard. This beach house is setup as our home that we rent out when traveling, so everything is top of the line. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything one could desire. The coffee machine is a Nespresso Vertuo for the perfect cup every time. Ninja blender for a nice smoothie after the beach and top of the line appliances.

The Beach House is nestled in between Delray Beach and Ocean Ridge in a very unique old Florida style beach front neighborhood with a surfing culture that is rare for South Florida. The actual house is 300' to the sand, you can see the beach access from the driveway. If you want a quiet & private beautiful beach to stay at while you relax, three miles North of busy Atlantic Ave, then this is the place. It is private when you need it to be, but when you feel like being with the crowds, you are only three miles north on A1A. The neighborhood is very quiet and we have 1/2" thick hurricane impact windows that are sound proof. This beach front neighborhood is very unique, there is a surf shop next door with a food truck that operates Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The beach is open to the neighborhood with, no public parking so it is not overcrowded, but very private. World famous Atlantic Avenue is only three short miles South on A1A, where there are plenty of shops,clubs, restaurants and crowded beaches. For what you get this is a spectacular value, as this house is on the East side of A1A. If you want to have your own fenced in yard, private beach, hot tub and most of importantly PRIVACY, this is what you have been looking for. Don't be fooled by the description "BEACH HOUSE" because of the decor. This Beach House is literally steps to the beach, no roads in between, you can see the beach access from the front driveway! Have fun in the sun all day at the beach, and relax in the hot tub at night. There is also a side porch with two outdoor couches and 50" tv for relaxing in the ocean breeze and watching a movie or game on one of those beautiful Florida winter nights.

My wife is in veterinary medicine, we have a dog that we love, we are absolutely animal lovers. We are pet friendly if guests agree to be respectful owners rules while using the beach house so that future people without pets have a good experience as well. We request no dogs on the beds. We do have dog blankets that can be used to cover the couches. The exterior is all hardscape design with turf, brick pavers and wood decking; none of which can should be used as a full time potty area for dogs. The turf is where we have chaise lounges setup for laying in the sun, think about it like a large green outdoor rug, if they do happen to potty here please use the hose to wash it through. There’s a couple really nice stretches of grass on the street heading down to the beach as well. We are very clean people, if you stay with us you will appreciate that about our house. Our intentions are to accommodate like minded people that will keep the house in the same condition it is when they check in. Our cleaning crew worked for Disney Resorts and performs a deep clean at the end of each stay. If you notice anything that needs to be attended to or replaced, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will have it addressed asap.

We have one exterior camera on this property at the front door pointed to the entry gate. There are no cameras in any other areas of the property. This neighborhood is one of the safest neighborhoods Ive ever lived in growing up in South Florida for the last 42 years.

We manage our properties full time and take it very seriously, if you choose to stay with us we are always open to suggestions and willing to replace anything that needs to be replaced immediately.
